Matteo’s place is great, and he is a great host! His place is spacious, clean and within walking distance of stores and restaurants downtown. We really enjoyed staying downtown and it made for a fun change of scenery after spending the day at the beach. We had a great time there and look forward to staying again in the future.

We loved our stay here. It was well stocked with everything we needed and even some things we forgot, which we really appreciated. We loved that the back yard was fenced in and even did a fun Easter egg hunt with the kids back there. It was our home away from home.

Very easy to communicate with. Pristine home. Felt like home. I didn’t want to leave it was so cozy and comfortable. Thank you for helping make it possible for me to see my dad little brother and big sister. Your home made it possible for me to relax and enjoy the trip. Will definitely be looking into your listing again the next time we return.

Very nice place to stay. Loved the location - so close to our favorite restaurant, the Oar House and seafood ( Joe Pattis)market. Beds were soft but very comfortable. Enjoyed nights sitting in the swing on the front porch. Just a note - during the night time hours the road in the front can get very busy. We did cook several meals and the kitchen had plenty of supplies and cooking pots. The house is older but very neat decor that fits the place. We would definitely stay again.

Let me start by saying, we are not huge fans of over-developed beachside Florida. We both grew up going every year back when it was a best-kept secret. However, our stay in Gulf Breeze changed our "old folk" attitudes completely. The community had it all within 15 minutes. This sweet property with its great fenced in backyard was a huge hit with our miniature schnauzers. They especially loved the early morning sprinklers😂 and outdoor living. We enjoyed being so close to beautiful, pristine beaches. We can't wait to get back!

We stayed for a family trip and. Were very pleased, The home was very clean, not cluttered and supplies were left so we didn’t have to run out to the store as quick. We requested a scent free cleaning due to my Sons Autism and she was more than happy to help us with that. We truly wanted to stay longer, we will definitely be back. Thank You

Cute house and perfect for multiple family members. Everyone had their own bathroom and spaces so we could unwind. Everything was well stocked. I loved the extras like the beach chairs, towels and other items for the beach since we were flying in and had limited space. Great experience!

This is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in! The hosts truly thought of everything and had nice personal touches throughout the place. From the corn hole to the coffee bar, this place has all you need for a perfect get away! It felt like home away from home, and we loved spending our days at the pool and lounging out back. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

The house was clean and organized It had many things that we did not expect, equipped both in the kitchen and laundry and things to take to the beach, it was excellent, the pool was clean with many toys to use, excellent service

The perfect beach house! We made it in town for my brother’s wedding and it was absolutely better than other stays or the PB Resort where most of the wedding guests and party stayed. Parking was great, we got our Wagoneer easily and could’ve fit several more vehicles. The proximity to the beach was perfect! The kids enjoyed the pool and were very comfortable with the temperature of the water. Oh, the decor and linens, mattresses were beautifully selected. We appreciated the detailed instructions and labels for everything. The multiple balconies allowed for incredible views of the ocean. You could hear the waves from any balcony. Incredible and kind host!!! Any time I could reach out and it wasn’t an issue. Oh, and the amenities were the MOST we have ever had access to! To top of off, the welcome snacks and card were a beautiful touch. We will most certainly stay again! Thank you so much for the perfect stay!

Affordable Close to attractions Nice restaurants

Being that this is my first Airbnb I’d say this was a very good experience. The location was great in the space was so pretty. The view from the room was amazing. I mostly enjoyed being able to watch the sunset and sunrise from the balcony. The included amenities really put this place over the top for me!

Our stay at The Purple Sunset was incredible! The house was spotless, the amenities were fantastic, and the beach gear was fully stocked—chairs, umbrellas, toys, you name it. The private pool was perfect, and the short walk to the beach made it easy with kids. There’s even a pier nearby for evening fishing. I joked with my wife that the only way this could be a 10-star place is if it came with a golf cart and an elevator—but truly, it already has everything. The hosts, Ric and Amber, were kind, responsive, and thoughtful. We’ve stayed at many beach rentals, but this one stood out. We’ve been searching for a place to return to year after year, and we finally found it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped, and welcoming getaway spot!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay, the house was beautiful and very well stocked with everything. So many extra little touches and so clean. Loved the pool and how close it is to the beach! Brigitte was a wonderful host!

Amazing place!!! House is clean, well stocked and decorated lovely! AC is so cold and works fantastic - nice to walk into after a hot day at the beach/pool! Beds comfortable too! The shuttle to/from the beach club was fantastic and we enjoyed the golf cart to take night drives around the neighborhood. Excellent communication with host and very accommodating. Even the bus drivers and community gate guards were amazing! We would most definitely stay here again if in the area. Thank you!

We had a great stay. Quiet neighborhood, the pool was awesome for the kids, the house was bigger than it looked on the listing. Great hosts. Awesome place.

My family of 5 and little dog loved everything about this house! One can tell lots of attention to details not only in the decor but in the amenities also! The fact that they offered beach supplies (from chairs and umbrellas to the sand toys and coolers) was very appreciated! The game room and hot tub were the icing on the cake! Happy we were able to stay here!

I went to Lee’s house primarily to see the Blue Angels practice. The house was great. Very clean, with everything you need on a stay. I appreciated the fact she accepts dogs so I was able to bring mine with me not having to use Rover. He enjoyed the fenced back yard. Thanks, Lee!

This was a cute place for a weekend, & weekend only. The shower water pressure was better than I could have ever expected for a RV/Trailer. 10/10. I would have liked to been advised of many, many different bugs, so if you are not a bug person, this place is not for you. Besides the bed, there was no other place to stay/sit. (The couch cushions for the sofa bed were wet when we arrived from until we left, so no one would be able to sleep there if that is your plan.) We also couldn’t find any bedding for the sofa bed. Every night there was a constant noise outside the residence that we couldn’t exactly figure out, & pursued on the entire night. It didn’t bother my boyfriend & I much but we would have liked to been aware ahead of time. The fridge didn’t keep anything very cold so we opted to keep beverages in the freezer for a short period of time. All in all a great place to stay for a weekend get away, away from the crowd but still near A LOT. Felix is an amazing host & very responsive

Very happy with this stay. We like to spend most of our time shopping and dining in Pensacola but we prefer the beaches in Navarre, so Gulf Breeze is the perfect. If you’re looking for a cutesy, professionally decorated place, this ain’t for you. If you do, however, want CLEAN, convenient to everything, cold a/c, and an easily-accessible place to sleep and shower, this is it. Daniel was responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again, if available when we come back.

Cottage was cozy, clean, and very close to all the Pensacola attractions. It was quiet at night too so we weren’t disturbed while sleeping. Jean was super responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

We did have a hiccup at check-in but overall had a wonderful stay! Jared was wonderful and responsive for any questions or needs that we had while we stayed. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and very nice!
