Holiday rentals with breakfast in Pensacola Beach, Escambia County

Such a lovely home, looked exactly like the pictures & more! Smelled pristine. The game room was our family favorite area and felt so homey. Everything was spotless and definitely cleaner than any hotel I’ve been in. It will definitely be a home we’d come back to. It also has everything for all ages from beds to books and games. Also loved that they provide supplies for your first morning breakfast, very thoughtful. Great host! Very communicative and friendly. Very family oriented! My toddler accidentally broke a decorative piece and Lisa was very understanding which I loved! You never know! A must book! Thank you!

Came to Destin for a Bachelorette with 7 girls and this place was perfect!! We loved that there were two kitchens and living rooms, we have enough space without feeling on top of each other but it wasn’t too big to where it felt like we were too spread out. The beach was a block away, which was super convenient. Good location - far enough but Ubers were about a 15 min ride to where we wanted to go. We did have an issue with the door knob breaking and shower not draining, but once I messaged she had someone at the house the next morning and the issue was fixed. Would totally stay again!!

Beautiful house nice backyard for my dog to enjoy himself while we were outside centrally located between beach and restaurants.

Ronin's Place was excellent. Everything looked new and was perfectly clean. Plenty of room for the kids. Kitchen was outstanding. Beds were comfy and bedrooms were well designed as was the entire home. Would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at Van place. Very close to the fishing pier and beach that was our main focus for our fishing trip. The home was cleaned and spacious. Private and peaceful after long day of fishing 😃💪.

We had a great beach vacation at Fort Morgan and loved Jeanne’s cabin in the woods. It was private, peaceful, very clean, and quiet. Jeanne communicated so well and answered every question along the way. We had everything we needed, directions included to local attractions and the store. We cooked in the evenings and enjoyed Fort Morgan beach as it was close to the cabin. This was our first family ocean vacation and it was very memorable and sad that it’s over but looking forward to another in the future. Thank you!!

Private and Peaceful, with only a short walk to downtown adventures and short drive to beaches. The shower was AMAZING! I stayed there for a music show and was able to walk there an back. Would stay again!

Exactly as pictured! The space is fantastic and, honestly, goals for downtown close living. Literally the only downside is that you can most definitely hear the neighbors. HOWEVER, anyone that has lived in an older home knows that sound travels. This place is a 11/10 for sure.

the hosts were friendly and responsive. the place was clean and it was convenient that we were able to use the kitchen. the only drawback was that the bed was smaller than we were expecting, it was full size and not queen. regardless we had a great stay and we would recommend this airbnb to other guests :)

We stayed here for a bachelorette trip! The condo is beautiful and in the perfect location. There is plenty of space and the view of Crab Island is awesome. Would love to stay here again!

We have stayed in B&B in many cities in the US, Canada and Europe and this is the best ever! The home is immaculately clean and well-appointed. The beds are comfortable, the linens and towels are high quality. But the most wonderful thing was the peace and quite, since children under 12 are not allowed. I love kids, don't get me wrong, but when you want to really relax it's nice to not have to deal with others peoples kiddos. Breakfast was first-class – well-balanced, beautifully presented and most of all, delicious. So, I recommend that you allow yourself time to enjoy it, along with some porch therapy with a great cup of coffee. The extra touches are wonderful! The turndown service with fresh homemade cookies and candy was so nice to come "home to" after a long day. And if you're really worn-out from shopping or hanging out at the beach they provide herbal bath salts and bubble bath to ease your pain. David has transformed southern hospitality into an art and is deserving of all the write-ups and awards that this wonderful place has received.

I stayed here for a business trip and it was the best place I've ever stayed on Airbnb. It's quite, comfortable and it's beautifully decorated. David, his partner and the kitty's all made us feel welcomed and took care of all our needs. He's a fantastic host and truly cares about your overall comfort and takes his hospitality responsibility very seriously. He's also an amazing cook. If you want a truly unique B&B experience you need to book this place! There's also two amazing restaurants nearby that David will recommend. If you're celebrating your anniversary, birthday or just want to experience true southern romantic hospitality then Magnolia Springs Bed and Breakfast is the place to stay.

We can’t say enough great things about Magnolia Springs B&B and the hosts David & Eric. We loved it so much we stayed an extra 2 nights because we didn’t want to go home. Not only is the location and setting of the B&B picture perfect with the wrap around porch and beautiful fern covered trees, the Historical home has been beautifully restored but with tons of original character saved. If that doesn’t get you to book a stay here the gourmet breakfast will. David, a professional chef, cooked some of the best breakfasts I have ever put in my mouth. The Kiss My Grits plate is to die for! The hospitality was top notch, the rooms were clean and had everything you need! We left planning our next trip back.

Martha's place was immaculate. She was kind and courteous as we navigated a glitch in her listing. The place was iconic. Porches peaceful while the sitting areas were classic and relaxing with some games. The view of the bay was worth it and the breakfast was amazing. I look forward to staying again. Thanks Martha

This place is amazing! David is friendly and helpful he even has an app for you with things to do In the area. We have been to the gulf shores area many times but got to do different stuff like kayaking at a river a block away, go to a scenic beach and enjoyed a gourmet breakfast! Cannot say enough about this place is beautiful and my new favorite place to stay!

If you are considering staying here....do it! I can't say enough nice things about how great our stay was. The breakfast was amazing...David even cooked us our breakfast early because we had to leave. Beautiful property....you will feel like you're in a movie.

Beautiful bed and breakfast! Elizabeth was absolutely incredible and so was her lovely little house guest Lily!! Would highly recommend to anyone and would absolutely stay again!
