We really enjoyed the place. We went for hikes every day in the desert, then enjoyed the pool and the on site courts. Perfect getaway for us from Canada to get away from the snow!

Princess's place was amazingly clean, and that is super important to me! Everything was in excellent working order. It didn't even take a minute to walk to the pool. The apt. was exactly as the photos show (with a couple of minor exceptions). We were pleased to stay this time, and would enjoy staying there again. The minor exceptions: There was no coffee maker, though there was one in the photos. There was instant coffee (and if you drink coffee, you know that instant is not really coffee [smile]), but no coffee maker. Upon a phone conversation with Princess's husband, they had a drip coffee maker delivered a couple of hours later; problem solved! The photos show laundry detergent. There is no laundry detergent provided. Had we known, we would have come prepared. Should you stay at Princess's place, I think you will be glad you did.

This was such a treat staying at Ana’s place. She made us feel right at home. I can’t believe how kind and generous she was throughout the whole stay. It was gorgeous and so so clean. If we get a chance we will for sure book again. Loved everything about it. 100/10! ❤️❤️❤️

Lucy was a great Host ! My coworkers and I needed something last minute and she responded quickly and booked us almost immediately! Her place was Beautiful! Very spacious and clean I was in awe with the house. She definitely worked with us and let us have a great time at her home! Definitely will be recommending :) thank you Lucy for your flexibility.

I couldn’t recommend this home enough! The house looks exactly like the pictures, and was very clean. The location was very ideal. Everything was super close which was convenient. The yard was amazing and offered nice privacy. Maureen was great and responded quickly to any questions we had. I’d love to come back again!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! It was impeccably clean and thoughtfully detailed, with super comfy bedding and everything we needed. It was well thought out with a well stocked kitchen, games, pool toys and floaties. The pool and patio area was beautiful...such a perfect spot to relax and unwind. This place was perfect for my family, the house was as described. Very beautiful area, lots of shopping places near by. It was the perfect location for the area we needed to be! Host Syed was very responsive and gave clear instructions and helpful when needed! Would definitely recommend to stay here!

House was perfect. Cathy was super friendly, she checked in to make sure we had everything and responded quickly. The house was just as it was listed , kid friendly, close to restaurants, grocery stores, pool was sparkling clean! The place was amazing for a family getaway. We have adult kids and little kids and we all met up at Mary’s. We never had to leave we swam in the beautiful pool, played games, played pool, enjoyed the sunshine, enjoyed one another’s company while we cooked and ate, and had a fun grill out. The house was very spacious for all of us to have our own space and cozy enough to feel at home. Mary was amazingly accommodating offering us a later checkout. It was such a lovely place I didn’t want to come home. We will definitely visit Mary’s again.

Condo was just as described, very homey and welcoming. Everything was clean and just like a home, dishes, soap, iron, pads, tampons, shampoo, everything incase you forgot something!! The area was nice, would have loved to have access to the pool but overall the stay was perfect

Absolutely gorgeous condo in Avondale, just a 20 minute drive from Metro Phoenix. Condo is large, comfy, homey, and has everything you need. Parking spot right outside is awesome. Absolutely recommend.

We ended up staying a week here, and as we were checking out my fiancé and I agreed we were kind of sad to go home. This place had grown on us and was the perfect size for a couple or a small group of friends/family. I loved the layout and how easy it was to settle in and make it home. The covered parking was absolutely incredible with the Arizona heat, it made a huge difference, and I appreciated being able to see my vehicle from my window. It was easy to just kick back and feel comfortable, plus we are near a lot of restaurants and shopping.

Clean, cozy and awesome location nearby the amphitheater. Would for sure stay here again next concert. Grateful for a restful night!

Just as described—this is a beautiful little place with access to pools, perfect for a relaxing stay. While it’s not very walkable for those looking to explore restaurants or bars nearby, it’s just a quick Uber ride to most spots. One big plus: it’s located very close to the zoo, which was super convenient!

Our stay was everything that we could have wanted and more! We loved everything about the villa down to the Employees, We will definitely be back to rent with you again! thank you so much for making our stay so worth it !
