Condo holiday rentals in Pêra

We stayed as a group for a special birthday, as we were arriving late we asked the host to purchase a bottle of wine and some snacks for arrival (there is a welcome basket there also) and Marnix was extremely accommodating. The location is beautiful, views of the ocean and the beach is a 2 minute walk down the hill. It is a little bit pricey but I felt it was really good value as split between the group it was more than affordable but you do get what you pay for. There is an indoor and outdoor pool (we only used this on the last day). The location is a short walk into the new town strip area and around 7euros into old town via a bolt, this was also for x-large bolt as we were a party of 6. I would definitely recommend, it a beautiful villa, in a gorgeous location. Thank you for all your help as you are a very responsive host and so helpful.

very cozy place near the center. The host was really flexible with me, I requested the space in the same day i needed and worked it out for me and my friend. i really recommend her, great space to wander around day and then go to the old town at night. hope that in the future i get the chance go stay again

Nous avons séjourné plus de trois semaines dans le logement de Fernanda. Très bel appartement, entièrement rénové et très bien équipé. Fernanda est une hôte qui prend soins de ses locataires. Elle est très polie et reste disponible pour toute éventuelle question ou besoin particulier. Elle a même été jusqu'à nous faire livrer un nouveau sèche-cheveux, plus puissant et adapté à un usage "comme à la maison". La terrasse est très agréable en journée. Le soir venu, l'éclairage extérieur de la terrasse est un peu insuffisant mais rien qui empêche tout de même de passer un agréable séjour. La piscine est dans un état impéccable mais peu intimiste de part sa position centrale. L'environnement est très calme, dans un quartier entouré de maison résidentielle assez chic. La vue de la terrasse à l'avant, côté cuisine, peut faire revêr toute personne en recherche de quiétude. De très belles plages accessibles en quelques minutes en voiture (5à 10min). En conclusion, de très chouette vacances.

Abbiamo passato tre giorni bellissimi in questo appartamento ampio e fornitissimo,situato in una zona tranquilla e immersa dal verde, a poca distanza dalla spiaggia San Raffaele. Fa parte di un complesso residenziale quindi è possibile usufruire anche della piscina ampia e pulita. Parcheggio comodo fuori di casa. Host gentile e sempre disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta. Assolutamente consigliato!

Eine sehr schöne Erfahrung! Der Blick vom Wohnzimmer, Balkon und einem Schlafzimmer direkt auf das Meer. Die Lage ist wunderbar, die Betten sind bequem und die Wohnung hat die wichtigsten Utensilien. Ein wenig altbacken und manche Dinge könnten ersetzt werden, ein Stijl ist z.B. während eine von uns drauf saß zerbrochen. Es war schön mit Blick auf das Meer zu grillen, ein paar Utensilien zum Grillen wären jedoch schön gewesen. Parkplätze muss man in der Umgebung suchen, vor der Unterkunft darf nicht geparkt werden. Der Ort und die Umgebung waren wunderschön, vor allem sollte man eine Bootstour zur Erkundung der Höhlen machen. Praktischerweise ist ein Büro dafür direkt neben der Unterkunft.

place is really nice, spacious, nice lot of provisions provided, lots of restaurants and of course right on the beach. fantastic tips about all things in the area provided. if you are a light sleeper you will need ear plugs but it's not too noisy considering you are right in the heart of a resort town (i slept well).

I cannot say anything but positive things for this place! It truly felt like home. It was in the perfect location to not only a beach nearby, but walks around the area. Highly recommend this location to couples and solo travelers!

We had a great stay at Rita’s place. She is super responsive and thoughtful to ensure the experience was as smooth as possible. The flat is a great size for a couple or small family. The rooms have shutters which is great keeping out the Portuguese sun if you want to sleep in. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. Plenty of storage for clothes, and the laundry machine is helpful if you choose to pack light. The beach is just a 3 minute drive away (we took a car instead of walking because the sun was quite strong and we have a young baby). The pool area is a five minute walk, next to a great restaurant. All in all, a great stay.. thank you Rita!

Its a nice spacious appartment, good kitchen and balcony, everything is there that you need. Hosts are friendly and quick with their responses. Opted to stay longer since it was so comfortable.

Have stayed at this accommodation before - modern, clean & very well equipped - in a quiet development that is easy to find & suited our trip (golf) The marina is nearby where there are countless good & varied bars & restaurants to try. If you want somewhere quiet but with lots of life within 10 mins then this is a good Algarve location - great base to explore a selection of high level golf courses. A great host & no doubt will stay again.

This is a great place to stay, the apartment is lovely. You can walk into Ferragudo with lovely restaurants cafes and beaches. Parking is easy . Friendly neighbourhood. Great

We would recommend this to anyone looking for a first class apartment in a fairly quiet location. The top floor balcony gives access for al fresco dining, sunbathing and evening chilling. The views are simply stunning. the apartment is perfectly located for a few bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. all literally outside your main door. The apartment itself is modern, spacious and perfect. we've stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this ranks as one of the very best. also the downloadable instructions to get in are fool proof!! thank you

Flott leilighet med helt nydelig utsikt – 10/10 😍Den er liten, men veldig praktisk innredet og har alt man trenger for et komfortabelt opphold. I tillegg ligger den i gangavstand til det meste, så det er lett å komme seg rundt

Natalia tuvo un trato exquisito con nosotros, incluso antes de nuestra llegada, y eso que reservamos tan sólo 24 horas antes. Respondió rápido a las dudas que me surgieron antes de acabar la reserva, y eso lo agradecí mucho. Nos dió facilidad en la hora de llegada,y nos envió las instrucciones de como hacer el check-in, y aún así tuvimos que llamarla y nos atendió con muchísima amabilidad. El alojamiento a nuestra llegada lo encontramos equipado tal como esperábamos, limpio y allí en el salón tienes un cesto con un montón de recomendaciones tanto de gastronomía, como de experiencias. La urbanización es súper tranquila, la piscina es espectacular. Tan solo hemos estado un fin de semana,pero nos venimos encantados, será otro de esos alojamientos que guardaremos por si la vida nos permite volver,seguro que nos alojaríamos se nuevo aquí. Paulo’s place is a good apartment for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was located outside but still close to touristic areas, restaurants etc. You can easily spend more than a week here. His space was spacious and well-equipped place. We enjoyed ourselves and can recommend! :)

Rosa’s place was great and exactly as described. Very short distance to beach and town (~15 min). She had recommendations which we appreciated. Check-in was easy. The place was as described and Rosa was super communicative. We encountered some issues after checkin and Rosa handled them immediately, which was so appreciated!! The place was super clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for an amazing stay, Rosa!

We weren’t disappointed when we walked through the door, stunning! The views of the river and marina are next to none, loved watching the little egret, storks, grey heron and even a blue heron! Miguel and Liv were attentive, making sure we had settled. The marina is full of fish and so clean. Very easy walking distance to fab restaurants and old town. We will definitely return. :)

I can’t praise/recommend this property and Susana as our host enough, we were a group of 4 female friends travelling for a long weekend break away, from fantastic communication to flexible check in times, spotlessly clean apartment and complex, great accessories provided including pool towels and umbrella, everything is as described, the pictures do not do it justice, the apartment is much bigger than you expect with 2 balconies each side catching sunrise and sunset. We walked downhill to the marina and local supermarket/bar & restaurant and easily ordered Ubers back up to the complex, only costing a couple of Euros. An Uber into Old Town is just as easy to order costing approx 7€. The complex is very secure with gated/key access, it is quiet and respectful with a security guard walking round day and evening. We have had a fantastic trip and wouldn’t hesitate to book with Susana again, thank you so much.

We had a perfect stay at Geraldine’s place! The apartment is amazing with absolutely everything you could possibly need. The place was very clean and easy to access. There was more than enough parking available right next to the apartment. The pool area was extremely clean and quiet. All information for everything was provided. The Apartment was close to the supermarket and within walking distance to restaurant and the beach. Geraldine was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had and I would absolutely recommend staying here, and hopefully we will be back ☺️

Le logement était impeccable avec tout le nécessaire ! La literie est comme neuve. Cet appartement est vraiment agréable avec la terrasse qui ne gâche rien :) Possibilité de se garer facilement dans les rues environnantes. Edilene est une hôte très réactive et très agréable. Je recommande vivement :D

Alex was an absolutely incredible host. He was always quick to reply to requests, incredibly kind and always on hand to help where he could. The apartment was amazing as it had everything you could need, was beautifully decorated and within walking distance to the beach and old town. Despite the pool not being open due to repairs, Alex was quick to offer us an alternative solution for which we were incredibly grateful for. I would highly recommend staying at Alex’s listing.

We loved staying at Marlene's place! The location can't be beat. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the walking trails along the cliffs. We found the walk to town totally doable (10-15mins) with also a few restaurants even closer (Mar, Luca's rooftop, etc.). The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall this place was amazing, great location if your OK walking 10/15 minutes to Old town, equally close to the Marina and some amazing views. The apartment itself was all you need and more, very clean and easy to access, the pool and loungers were never too busy. We will definitely consider booking here again!

Joao, Elsa and Danny’s communication and commitment to hosting is impeccable. From days before arrival to being personally greeted on the street and taken to the airbnb. It makes the world of the difference especially when arriving late at night. The accommodation was perfect especially with a baby at 11 weeks old. The place was spotless, bed very comfortable and amenities beyond what is needed in an airbnb but helps you feel at home. We especially loved the balcony furniture and the awning again given us having a young child it allowed us to sit privately and enjoy the weather. Joao and Elsa were incredibly kind and helpful on more than enough occasions and one of which we kindly had a drink paid for at a bar and another a bottle of local rose left at the door (which went down a treat!). Both my partner and I will hopefully be back next year and you can be sure this will be the first place we come looking. Thank you very much Joao, Elsa and Danny for making a special trip!
