Notre maison est située en pleine campagne, au calme, près de Nocé et à 1h45 de Paris. Venez vous ressourcer ! Nous sommes à 1h45 des plages normandes et 1h30 des châteaux de la Loire. C'est notre résidence secondaire (pas une maison louée à l'année). Elle contient donc une partie de nos souvenirs, mais sommes heureux de la partager ! Vous croiserez deux petites chattes recueillies en août 2021. Très douces avec les enfants, autonomes grâce à la chatière. Allergiques aux chats, s'abstenir 😉

Cette maison de campagne dispose de grands espaces communs (salon, salle à manger, espace TV), de 4 chambres et 3 Sdb. A l'extérieur, profitez du jardin et de la prairie. Au cœur du Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, vous pourrez rayonner selon vos envies (gustatives, brocantes, randonnées, sport, spa…). Capacité d’accueil : 9 adultes, 1 enfant et 3 bébés (lit d'appoint et 3 lits bébés sur demande).

A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. The house is open to a garden where you can relax, enjoy the calm of the percheron countryside and admire our vegetable garden. Looking forward to welcoming you to our haven!

An authentic 18th-century farmhouse that combines great comfort with country charm, thanks to a high standard renovation. No neighbor, only nature and a great experience of French countrylife in Normandy. In its large wild garden surrounded by pastures cows and horses graze. In addition to the 3 en-suite bedrooms, there's a solo room for a seventh traveler.

Rate per night: 2 persons/ room. If occupancy 1 person/ room, 40€ extra. Discounts applicable starting over 3 nights
