Our house is located in the countryside, in a quiet area, near Nocé and 1 hour and 45 minutes from Paris. Come and recharge your batteries! We are 1 hour and 45 minutes from the Normandy beaches and 1 hour and 30 minutes from the châteaux of the Loire. This is our second home (not a house rented year-round). It therefore contains some of our memories, but we are happy to share it! You will meet two little female cats that we adopted in August 2021. They are very gentle with children and independent thanks to the cat flap. If you are allergic to cats, please refrain 😉

The rental is 12 km from the La Ferté-Bernard highway exit, a small town of 8,637 inhabitants with a lake and the Notre-Dame-des-Marais aquatic center. Le Mans is 50 km away, including 20 minutes on the highway. La Ferté is located in the Perche hills, and other villages to visit in the Perche include Nogent-le-Rotrou, Belleme (18 km), and La Perrière. Other good places to visit. (Campfires prohibited.)

In a small quiet hamlet on the heights of Rémalard (all shops) and along a hiking circuit, this all-inclusive cottage is ideal for getting green! Single-story Percheron farmhouse: living room with equipped kitchen, lounge (wood-burning stove, sofa bed for 2 people (sheets not provided), TV, desk), bedroom (double bed 160 × 200 cm – sheets provided) on the garden level with access to the wooden terrace, bathroom (walk-in shower and corner bathtub), toilet.

Charlotte's house for 6 people

Charlotte's house is a gîte that was completely renovated at the end of 2019, respecting the Percheron frame with noble materials such as wood, stone, old tiles and lime plaster. Located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Perche Regional Park, it is the perfect place for a stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding, SAUNA, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.

You are staying at the gates of the Perche (Saint Cosme en Vairais) in an old bread oven. Quiet and peaceful place 4 km from the village. The accommodation has a bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 double bed, a living area with sofa bed for 2 people, a bathroom, a plot of land and a garden shed (with outdoor furniture). A stove and wood are available for you to enjoy your evenings. The land may be closed; please specify in advance 😁
