Our house is located in the countryside, quiet, near Nocé and 1 hr 45 min from Paris. Come and recharge your batteries! We are 1 hour from the Normandy beaches and 1.5 hours from the Loire Valley castles. This is our second home (not a year-round rental home). It therefore contains our belongings, but we are happy to share it! You will probably meet two little cats rescued in August 2021. Very gentle with children, independent thanks to the cat flap. If you're allergic to cats, please refrain 😉

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, the Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

Une Maison dans le Perche is a haven of peace in the heart of the Parc Naturel du Perche, 1h50 from Paris. An authentic 18th-century farmhouse that combines great comfort with country charm, thanks to a high standard renovation. No neighbor, only nature and a great experience of French countrylife in Normandy. In its large wild garden surrounded by pastures cows and horses graze. In addition to the 3 en-suite bedrooms, there's a solo room for a seventh traveler.

Many local producers: Cidrerie, cheese maker, organic vegetable & others..
