The stay at Cécile's went very well. The apartment is located in a quiet residence with lots of greenery. The apartment is functional, clean and tidy. Everything is there, and you feel good there.

We had a good time. The accommodation is very nice, the terrace a nice asset. The city center of La Rochelle is quickly accessible (even on foot along the Rompsay canal for the brave!). The environment is nice and there is no difficulty in parking, which is a significant advantage... We will be back no problem.

We had such a lovely stay, the place had so many little perks and was squeaky clean. We loved the terrace space and it seems so much thought was put into it (TV, fulled ice cube trays, extra throw blanket, etc). We already miss it! Thanks so much to our hosts.

I thank Estelle and Aurélie again for this impeccable short stay, disconnected, with miles of beautiful beach accessible from the garden. 🧡 The accommodation is ultra clean, functional (nothing is missing), quiet, with panoramic views and beautiful sea. Chatelaillon beach 3 km away adds to the charm of this very good location. It was perfect for a break.

Brigitte is super nice and very helpful. The apartment is super clean, large, very quiet, with heating and equipped with everything you need. The location is central in the old town center, in a few minutes you can walk to the harbor. Nearby there are many restaurants and shopping. Arriving by car is a bit complicated due to the location of the apartment (no stopping and parking in front of the apartment). There are parking spaces in the vicinity, but many of them are subject to a charge. Free parking is available near the adjacent park. All in all, it was a very nice stay in La Rochelle. Jean Marie is a great host. The place is well located within less than 15 minutes walk from the centre. it is a great appartement well decorated and well appointed and met all our needs for a short break in La Rochelle. There is on site free parking which for us was a real bonus. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.

Frankly great high welcome welcoming and very cool the accommodation was clean. We are clearly not disappointed with our time here. If I have to do it again, I'll do it again!

Matthieu is a super nice and super responsive host! He answers all questions, is accommodating and caring. Regarding the accommodation, it is faithful to the description, only the steps to access the accommodation are not clearly indicated. They are mentioned in the details but not specified in the listing. For all PRMs, the accommodation is on the 1st floor without an elevator and to access the apartment, there are also a few steps. There are no ramps, but you can easily hold onto the wall, so if the difficulties are minimal, it's fine, otherwise it can be complicated. The bed in the bedroom is pretty good. The sofa bed is a good solution for 2/3 nights. In terms of location, it is a little out of the way so quiet, you can park easily in the street and it is free (early June) and it takes 25 minutes on foot to get to the heart of the city. And a big plus for me, the accommodation is lively, you feel good there, it's a change from the sanitized accommodation that you can sometimes have!

The apartment is new, spacious and tastefully furnished. The terraces make it an exceptional property. Pergola with jacuzzi at the Top. The parking lot with 2 spaces and an electric terminal is a real plus. Astrid and her family are welcoming and accommodating. I recommend it!

It’s a fantastic location in a beautiful part of La Rochelle, a few minutes walk to the Port, shops, restaurants etc. The apartment was very well equipped with lovely views from the terrace including the use of the jacuzzi which was an added bonus. For young toddlers and people with mobility issues the stairs would be challenging. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Despite some hiccups with the concierge agency, they were able to recover and correct everything in a short time while remaining very professional. The jacuzzi was great, the products made available make it possible to settle in very well. In short, it's a very good accommodation that smells new and clean. Very good stay!

Very nice welcome from Frédéric. We stayed there on a long weekend with our baby, the studio space was quite sufficient. The common courtyard is very pleasant. Perfect location, with views of the port, shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity (without the associated noise pollution). Frédéric was very available for all questions. I recommend it.

Very nice place with its small terrace out of sight . The hot tub is a real joy no matter the weather . Very well placed on the island . You can do anything on foot or by bike . Boris is always available and very welcoming . A big thank you . To be done again with great pleasure .
