The city center of Périgny is 5 min walk with all shops and a great U supermarket is 3 km walk. Close to Parc des Coureilles and the aquatic center

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. With its 4 bedrooms and 7 beds, our house is perfect for a weekend or a week! American billiards, swimming pool, ping pong table are at your disposal to have a good time. You can also enjoy a large unoverlooked terrace. Parking is available on the street (free). A bus stop 50 m away leads directly to the old port (15 min).

Old house of 55 m², completely restored 12 km from La Rochelle, 7 minutes from the ocean, overlooking a large garden with heated pool (mid-May/end of September). Meals can be enjoyed on the south-facing terrace. The cottage is located at the back of our garden but completely independent of our house. The cottage is rated 3 stars by the Charentes-Tourisme organization.
