Very good welcome despite our delay, service up to our expectations

We had a great stay in this very well located apartment, close to the beach, restaurants - bars, a park and other local shops. The apartment is good quality, very nice and really clean. Comfortable bedding. In short, we highly recommend it!

Maïa and Johann are charming and available hosts. Their accommodation is very well located, in a quiet and pleasant residential area, close to Ile de Ré and La Rochelle with all the essentials for a pleasant stay.

Beautiful accommodation, very nice and well thought out! The balcony is great, both for breakfast and for the end of the afternoon! Very well located, you can quickly get to La Rochelle by train with the train station 5 mins' walk away. Access to the beach and tasting hut right next door! Very good stay in La Rochelle with friends. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from all the bars/restaurants to do and has all the necessary comforts. Large + with the sunny terrace. Melanie is very responsive and favors human contact, which is rare. It's a flawless

We had a great time with the family. Beautiful home. The house is faithful to the description and photos; well-equipped. Beautiful spaces for the whole family. However, when we arrived, the house was not clean. The dishwasher with a lot of dirty dishes. We were unable to use the outdoor shower and toilet because they were not cleaned... Given the rental price, it is necessary to pay attention to these details. I would recommend this rental. Karl

Great apartment!..stayed here with my two adult daughters for 2 weeks. Extremely comfortable and convenient. Everything very clean and working very well. Comfortable and cosy. A haven of peace close to everything, shops, beaches, bike paths. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. The Chai is very comfortable and you feel at home, everything is there to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The ideal outdoor space for meals or just lounging and enjoying. The plus: the large garage or car and bicycles are sheltered. A big thank you to Nicolas from the Concierge for his availability and welcome, not to mention the very appreciable welcome gift We will rest our suitcases with great pleasure soon, that's for sure

Celine’s house is so beautiful and the perfect location for a quiet getaway. Celine is an amazing host and the way she has designed this home is perfect and thoughtfully laid out. We had 3 adults staying and it was plenty of room and the pool was so lovely to get to enjoy. We hope to get to come back again sometime soon!

Great stay in this beautiful house! Well located, everything is in compliance, nothing to report! Only downside: the top bunk beds creak a lot when you move at night.

I rented the accommodation on May 29, 2025 for 3 nights, this is a nice apartment in a good location, very well equipped, there was absolutely nothing missing to have a great stay Very good exchanges with the host, I will gladly rent again if I had to come back to La Rochelle

We had a great time at Antoine's place. Everything was as described, a very warm environment to feel at home. A terrace that is a plus on sunny days. The parking space and the bike room are really assets when you know the difficulty (and the price) of parking in Saint Martin. We strongly recommend!
