LOFT "Corps de Gardes" XIVe 70m² Historic heart

A guardhouse from the 14th (1390) Middle Ages, the 70 m² loft is located on the 1st floor (quiet alley in the historic center). Former captains' dwelling protecting one of the gates of the ramparts of Sarlat. Period architectural elements: ribs, sink, fireplace. The cottage "La Petite Maison", furnished 3-star tourist accommodation, where it is good to spend time. Located in the middle of nature, in the heart of Périgord Vert, just 3 minutes from Brantôme. You'll love staying there for its comfort and tranquility, with its southeast-facing terrace, jacuzzi and garden (not enclosed). PLEASE NOTE: Jacuzzi included for all rentals between May 1 and September 30. Outside of this period the jacuzzi is extra, on request.

You will appreciate my accommodation because the villa is nestled in a private estate on the southern heights of Sarlat, very spacious and comfortable, air-conditioned and perfectly equipped. Panoramic view of the countryside. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). The pool is heated from May to September.
