Holiday rentals with beach access in Perpignan

Very well located accommodation, in the heart of Collioure, we had a great weekend with the family. Clean, well-equipped, functional... it was perfect!

This is a great apartment but a fantastic location in Collioure. A little difficult, however, to load and unload in the car.

This place was my little slice of heaven. Not only was I able to work and live, Corrine was available to check for advice when needed. The view is incredible and you will be in danger of not wanting to leave the apartment. :) Everything you need is provided for (coffee machine, clean pots and pans, cutlery, glasses etc). There was a even a basket of welcome goods when i arrived to keep me going for a day or so until I found my feet. Canet is a 40 minute bus ride from Perpignan and while it is easy to get to, Corrine is the kind of host who came to pick me up at the train station on my first day (and when I left) .. and gave me a tour of the Canet on my first day. She is incredibly kind. I have never felt so welcome and provided for as much as I have here. You will adore this little apartment. I had a wonderful time getting to know Canet, Perpignan and the area around.

Sophie's apartment was ideal for us. We stayed for a month from mid-May, and the apartment complex was very quiet. The apartment was clean, very well equipped (I now have to buy myself a Smeg kettle like Sophie's!) and it had a great terrace for sitting out and enjoying the views. We didn't have a car, but it was a 15 minute walk to Collioure or in the other direction to Port Vendres. Highly recommend!

Nathalie could not have been more accommodating or communicative. And the place itself is impeccable. Magical stay and hope to return!

Very welcoming host, flexible on schedules and attentive to requests. The house keeps all its promises and more. Very happy with our stay at this accommodation. You can go there with your eyes closed.

Very pleasant weekend spent in this place, we were not disappointed with the accommodation or Banyuls. The bedding is good quality, the decoration is very tasteful, the accommodation is super well located, not even 2 min walk from the square. I would highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved our time at Karine and Cyrills place. It was perfect from start to finish. Karine was extremely welcoming and friendly, and made us feel at home instantly. She was attentive and excellent at communicating with us/ answering any questions. The apartment is situated in beautiful surroundings and is super easy to get into the centre on Perpignan. We really enjoyed using the bikes on one of the days and exploring the local area. Karine gave us heaps of recommendations of beaches/local towns and restaurants to visit. The property is completely spotless, well equipped and really comfortable for two people. The old hot tub had broken before we were due to check in so Karine and her husband had very kindly bought a new one prior to our arrival, which we really enjoyed in the evenings. Would absolutely recommend!

We feel that she thinks of everything: cotton swabs, tampons, makeup remover... small details that make all the difference and that we don't find everywhere, especially for us girls, it's really appreciated The accommodation is super clean, nicely decorated, cozy at will — it feels good from the moment you arrive. We had a great time at Julien's apartment. great welcome from his mom. Functional apartment with a terrace with a splendid view on the top floor without overlooking neighbors. Immaculately clean 2 steps from all shops (really very well located) Julien and his mom are very available when needed. I highly recommend Julien's apartment if you want to have a great stay in Argelès. We will definitely return if we decide to stay in Argelès again

Great view of the beach. Easy to walk to Collioure and Port Vendres. A lovely short break.

We had a great time. The apartment is close to the beach and everything you could need. We were 4, 2 adults and 2 children. Perfect for our stay. Victoria was available, adaptable and very friendly.

Cendrine is a caring host: - explanations given to access the accommodation: very clear - clean, functional and quiet accommodation (stay in May) - Close to all shops on foot - Clean residence and respect for residents - The description of the accommodation is identical to what we found The exchanges with Cendrine were warm, and very responsive I recommend this place without a second thought.
