Beachfront holiday rental in Perpignan

Apartment faithful to the description, 10/15 min walk to all amenities. A small terrace with a magnificent view of Collioure. We were greeted by Jean Pierre, he explained everything to us and he remained available. The apartment is very well equipped and everything is provided, towels, sheets... There is also a parking lot, which is important in Collioure! We'll be happy to go back!

Great stay at Genevieve's place. The apartment is very well located, barely 5 minutes' walk from the pine beach. And only 10 minutes' walk from the waterfront where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. The accommodation has many amenities that make sure you don't miss anything on arrival. The bed is extremely comfortable. No complaints, ideal for enjoying the sea!

Joseps place is immaculate and very well equipped . We were very comfortable and enjoyed spending time on the terrace mostly , where we used the barbecue often We didnt mind the walk into town and the drive was very quick when needing the supermarket. We loved the proximity to the beach and the coastal path offers many hidden beaches to enjoy. Llanca is a great destination and Joseps home a wonderful place to enjoy spending time there . We would definitely like to return .

We had a great stay at Pierre’s apartment in Canet-en-Roussillon. The flat was exactly as described—clean, quiet, and ideally located right opposite the beach. Communication was excellent throughout, and having a dedicated parking space was a real bonus. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable week, including a very handy washing machine. Highly recommended!

We had the best time at Isabelle’s place right on the beach. We really needed a break and spending 3 nights by the ocean was just what the doctor ordered. We walked to everything and there are tons or restaurants nearby. A Carrefour City is only 50 meters away. Pure paradise. Thank you Isabelle for your hospitality. We will surely be back during the off season !!!

Marie and Vincent's apartment has everything, it is very well equipped and is located in the best possible place, surrounded by good restaurants, shops of all kinds and is next to the beach. We would like to thank you for your attention and kindness. Impossible to do better!

Cendrine is a caring host: - explanations given to access the accommodation: very clear - clean, functional and quiet accommodation (stay in May) - Close to all shops on foot - Clean residence and respect for residents - The description of the accommodation is identical to what we found The exchanges with Cendrine were warm, and very responsive I recommend this place without a second thought. Great stay from May 13 to 26. Thank you to Caroline for her smiling welcome and to Marie-Pierre (the owner) for the precision of her instructions, her responsiveness during our exchanges and her kindness. There is no doubt that she seeks the best possible service for her tenants👍. Exact reflection of the photos of the listing, the cottage is very clean, quiet (in this season), bright and offers a sublime sea view (on the terrace but also from the inside). Very comfortable (very good bedding) and harmoniously decorated. Perfectly well-equipped, nothing is missing (in the kitchen, dishes & accessories OK, large wardrobe in each room). The LIDL just next door and the private parking space are real pluses, as is the laundry room in the basement (a little precarious, but the works are imminent😉) There is much to discover in this beautiful region (and it is an excellent starting point). No regrets about our choice, we literally loved this rental😀

The sea view is really superb and the accommodation is very welcoming with a bright and pleasant stay. Sébastien our host was very nice. Keep in mind that the room is quite small and is on the 4th floor without an elevator. The neighborhood at the back of the building is dynamic with many bars and the unobstructed festive noises can disturb the most sensitive. The experience is positive for us. Very nice apartment, in a quiet residence, with swimming pool and tennis court, very well equipped. 5 minutes' drive to the beach. Self check-in and very clear instructions to access the accommodation.

Alex is a wonderful host and the house is brand new and beautiful. It was our first time to Costa Brava, and Port de la Selva felt a bit like an undiscovered gem. Families with young children will love the pool, with its kiddie section. Adults and kids alike will be thrilled with the beautiful views from nearly every window. Thank you Alex!

We had a pleasant stay at Aurélien's. The bungalow was very clean and well located, the nearby beach is beautiful and the campsite also offers very nice swimming pools and water slides as well as many activities and playgrounds. The children had a great time and so did we. Our only regret is not having had the opportunity to stay longer, but we will definitely be back! Thank you very much

What a beautiful place! It’s a complete haven for a lovely chilled out seaside break. Firstly the apartment looked exactly like the listing. It’s well equipped with everything you need. Our 3 year old loved the toys that were available for her to use, such a lovely touch. The hosts are charming and very responsive. It’s in a perfect spot with a lovely pool, beautiful gardens and perfect access to the beach - which is gorgeous with a calm sea - you could walk out for ages! There are lots of lovely restaurants nearby too we really enjoyed it and will be back!

Excellent location of the studio, close to shops and the beach, very well equipped, very convenient private parking. Benoit and Frédérique are very responsive. Small downside, we were unable to lower the roller shutter which would have allowed us to lower the temperature of the studio without having to use the air conditioning. Great stay.

Beautiful peaceful respite after a week on Camino. The instructions were very clear but we are new to driving in Spain so it took us a minute to find the dirt path to the house. The view from the deck is unbeatable. We came midweek and loved not having to flight crowds. A delight!!

What a beautiful, relaxing place. We felt so comfortable from the start. If you want peace , quiet and comfort then this is the place to come.

Sophie's apartment was ideal for us. We stayed for a month from mid-May, and the apartment complex was very quiet. The apartment was clean, very well equipped (I now have to buy myself a Smeg kettle like Sophie's!) and it had a great terrace for sitting out and enjoying the views. We didn't have a car, but it was a 15 minute walk to Collioure or in the other direction to Port Vendres. Highly recommend!

Very pleasant weekend spent in this place, we were not disappointed with the accommodation or Banyuls. The bedding is good quality, the decoration is very tasteful, the accommodation is super well located, not even 2 min walk from the square. I would highly recommend it!

Nathalie could not have been more accommodating or communicative. And the place itself is impeccable. Magical stay and hope to return!
