Monthly Rentals in Perrache, Lyon

The apartment was great, in a nice quieter location but with plenty of stuff to do if you walk 10 minutes. I appreciated the cleanliness and tidiness of the space. I unfortunately got COVID on my second day so I was unable to truly enjoy the area, but the apartment was a calming space to stay quarantined in!

Philippe deserves his Superhost status. His hospitality, good advice on Lyon, availability and the qualities of his apartment (cleanliness, amenities, proximity to transport...) allowed us to have a great weekend in Lyon. The underground parking space is a big advantage for the area. We would definitely recommend Philippe's apartment.

Alexis apartment was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. Easy to access the Perrache station and all the sites in Lyon. We were especially close to Brasserie Georges which was quite an experience and also visited the Museum of Deportation and the French Resistance which was very interesting. A great and enjoyable stay.

We had a great time at Claire's place. The apartment is very pleasant and the communication was very fluid. Only small constraint, the bedroom on the mezzanine is more suitable for small children than an adult, because it is difficult to stand on it other than curved. Otherwise everything else is a great welcome. So I recommend this rental 100% for a couple alone or with children (there are lots of toys available, as well as a portable baby bathtub).
