Holiday rentals with a patio in Perth

Johnny was great person very proactive, the flat was easy to reach, one floor down easy access. on the right side one queen green room, the other one after that one red pinck twin bed room, onthe left side master bes room with wc. the main WC is big and full of quality supplies, there is big kitchen and upper living room.

Had a lovely few days at Evelyn’s place. Clear instructions on how to find and enter the property. The property itself was immaculate, and in a great location, peaceful and a short walk into the centre of Pitlochry. On street parking was always available. Would recommend and will definitely be back 😊

The Secret Orchard is a substantial, historic building. Fabulous inside, with modern fitting but still retaining many of the original features. Very comfortable beds. We particularly enjoyed the garden (Matt's tomatoes made me jealous). My wife thought the chickens, running free, were gorgeous.

We had a great stay at Allison’s place for a family trip. The location was great ( quiet and walkable to everything). Allison was very responsive to any question we had.

A beautiful house in a great location. Walkable to city centre or take a bus from 2 minutes walk away. House is very comfortable, I stayed with my husband and my daughter and found it very charming. Bathroom and kitchen both very clean and have all the amenities one can need. Damian was very responsive and helped us with all our queries. I would definitely recommend the house to all visiting Edinburg. Thanks Damian and Oksana.

Such a lovely little home in Perth, the rooms are so well decorated and we felt right at home! The lockbox was easy to find and the place had some basic toiletries and amenities. The beds were comfy. Lee and Margot were so helpful in the lead up to the stay as well. Thoroughly enjoyed!

Peaceful and quiet location perfectly situated to explore the local area. Comfortable and well equipped home with multiple large / spacious living spaces and an extensive well maintained garden.

We had a lovely 5 night stay! Check in was fine, no problems. The interior is very comfortable and tastefully designed displaying original art and all furnishings are of a high quality. The kitchen is large with everything one would need to prepare a complex meal, excluding condiments and spice, so bring your own. Oil, coffee and salt and pepper are provided. The bedrooms are nice and comfy. The steel tub, in one of the bedrooms, is splendid. Plus there’s plenty of hot water to fill it! We sat in the pretty garden, it’s lush with mature shrubs and flowering plants…but be aware of the stinging nettle. My dog got her paws badly stung and I had brushed into some myself for a whole day of annoying tingling. Bring some Benadryl just incase. If you’re avid walkers, definitely explore the grounds, gardens, pond and tower, all stunning. It’s a large holding, lots to explore. Alexander was very responsive and accommodating. But book now, we noticed future prices are going up!

A lovely cosy wee cottage that we settled into straight away. Everything was pristinely clean when we arrived and the plants added a lovely homely touch. The enclosed garden was great for the dog to safely enjoy the sun, and there were lots of walks nearby. Definitely somewhere I’d visit again ☺️

We had a lovely stay at Hollybush Cottage - the house was beautiful and so quiet. Very tidy & well-presented. We enjoyed listening to the owls in the evening! Close walking distance into Perth where there are lovely places to ear & drink. Would definitely recommend!

What an incredible place! Very spacious and immaculate inside. It has everything you need. The bed is so comfortable and the outside space is brilliant Just loved everything about and will be booking again very soon and can’t recommend it enough! Thank you Laura

Had a great stay at the cottage. The place was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you need. It was surrounded by beautiful countryside and we were able to sit in the sun and have a BBQ. The second day it rained but they had games we could play which was a lovely touch. Overall I would highly rate this property and would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Scott’s place. Unlike anywhere we’ve been before with the RGB lights and black interior. It was very spacious and practical. Partner loved the walk in wardrobe! The bed and pillows were certainly comfortable, probably the most comfortable Airbnb I’ve stayed in. And the hot tub was bliss, very hot and jets were very powerful. Overall had everything you needed for a couple days stay and id definitely recommend!

A lovely quiet and peaceful bungalow within walking distance of Scone, Brown and Blacks pub for good food, and a regular bus service into Perth. This is our second stay at Ross’s place, a great base to explore the area and a comfortable home to return to.

I had a wonderful stay at Anne’s place! The accommodation was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The location was perfect. Host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making check-in smooth and stress-free. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. An exceptional apartment with an exceptional host. The place is quiet, spacious, super clean, super comfortable. The entire apartment was beautifully decorated and had useful as well as interesting books. The living room/dining room is huge and pleasant to relax in. The kitchen had everything we needed and was stocked with lots of staples. The outdoor garden sitting area is beautiful. We really enjoyed staying here. Pierson is a great communicator and was helpful from our first inquiry all through our visit and checkout. Stockbridge is a perfect area to stay in: walking distance to all attractions in Edinburgh but a village in its own right with great shops and food. Do not miss I. J. Mellis Cheesemongers. They have so many cheeses from local UK and small producers. Their staff is friendly and happy to offer samples and teach. We had a wonderful long afternoon at the nearby Botanic Garden. We will be back!
