Beachfront holiday rental in Perth

Kale’s place was fantastic, clean, warm and homely. A short walk from the beach and bus into downtown Fremantle. The beach was less than 5 minutes away and there were many choices to eat as well as shops just around the corner to buy groceries.

well equipped and pet friendly. Very clean house with plenty of room for large amount of people. The kitchen would have to be the best well equipped kitchen that we have ever used in any holiday home. The host went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. Will definitely stay again.

Had a great stay. The place was cosy and presented beautifully. Has everything you need and more and the location was amazing. The car park spot was so handy as well , tight squeeze going underground but super handy nonetheless. Tania is super responsive and very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Lovely house. Comfortable for 6 guests. Close to the beach. Secure front garden, great for the dog.

Great place to stay. Lovely fresh linen. The enclosed yard for our little pooch worked well knowing he was safe. Wiggy and Rach were friendly and accommodating. Good area for walking and getting a work out. Always nice going to sleep hearing the ocean.

A lovely apartment with a large balcony giving beautiful views of the ocean and stunning sunsets. Tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Steve and Deb are very welcoming and friendly. They are happy to give advice on things to see and do in and around the area. Beaches and restaurants at Mindarie and Quinns are within easy walking distance. Also good public transport links close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely check for availability when planning our next trip.

We had a great stay at this apartment! Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the host was super responsive throughout our visit. They even left a bottle of wine as a welcome gift, which was such a nice touch. It was also really thoughtful that the lights were turned on before we arrived, especially since we got in at night—it made the place feel really warm and welcoming. The location is perfect too, just a short walk to shops and the beach. Highly recommend!

Thanks for the Lingham’s Chilli Sauce, Sesame Seed Oil and Peri Peri Sauce. Two things needs fixing. The rubbish bin pedal at the kitchen (upstairs) and the shower head connector for the bathroom (downstairs). Other than that. All good. Thank you. I hope the 5 star ratings helped- David

This was our third stay at Barbara's place .The location is just perfect for a beachfront stay.Amazing views and great location. Close to everything you need. Beautiful for walks along the beach. The unit has everything you need and more.

We had a lovely stay at Pachamama (Inti). It's a fantastic location so close to the beach. Great walks nearby - recommend visiting the nearby giant(!) and Tod's Cafe for great coffee and food. The house had even more amenities than listed. We never felt like we needed anything additional. Had so much fun using the boogie boards with my kids. Thanks Kristen for making our stay special.

Chris was a brilliant communicator from the moment I made my booking, and his apartment is delightful It's located just a few steps from the ocean front, and 2 minutes from the bus stop with buses every half an hour, weekdays. The public transport system (buses and trains) is well co-ordinated so you can get just about anywhere without a car. Local facilities (supermarket, coffee shop, bar and restaurant) are all walkable, and great. Chris went out of his way to ensure every last detail had been taken care of inside the apartment which was spotlessly clean - a real delight! As were all the little touches, like milk in the fridge for an arrival cup of tea, basics in the kitchen (salt, pepper, olive oil, teabags, sugar, coffee etc). The layout is thoughtful, and everything is just where you'd want it to be. Chris is a really great host, friendly, and nothing too much trouble. This is a super place to stay and I'd throughly recommend both the apartment and the host!

Natalie is a very good host. Very swift in her responses. The flat was lovely. It had everything we needed. Close to the beach. Loved the covered, secure parking. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Natalie's accommodation.

The place was AMAZING - moments from the beach and the train and the restaurants and the cafes and the beach, did I mention the proximity to the beach (?!) and the view - the view was spectacular - beautiful pad - well designed and laid out and had all the things - so many little extra 'goodies' in the bathroom and soooo many hooks! Let this be a lesson to all other AirBnBers out there - this place is definitely leading the charge in the abundance of hooks available - very refreshing. Tash was also VERY helpful and responsive and generous with my checkout time too - I'd highly recommend and would definitely come back and stay here too - thank you so much - 5 nights VERY well spent!
