amazing is an understatement, Nicole went above and beyond to host me and my little family. especially with me being on my last week's of pregnancy. I would gladly book her studio again for future stays

Loved the area! H was an excellent host and very accommodating. The place is perfect for a couple or young family! Walking distance from Cafe's shops and the train line. 2 minute walk from the Woodbridge Hotel (one of my favourite pubs in Perth)

Beautiful home away from home. felt right at home instantly! Cosy yet spacious back yard and lovely surroundings for you to take your fur baby to! brang our dogs along for the stay and they loved every moment with us! so we are grateful for Dardi and Brett allowing us to bring the whole family :) thankyou both again!

the stay has been more than great! a sururb on its own with two big shopping centers nearby, close to Perth city. Lorna has been great since the beginning of booking offering kids scooters and the house has got many kids toys which they love! great help when we needed to pack the luggages and itinerary. Lorna has been most helpful with fast responses. we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves here

Accommodation suited the requirements of what we were after, would recommend to others.

A beautiful home, thoughtfully furnished for a family or a group to reside together. The swimming pool was great ! It's a nice place to relax, swim and chill. We were pleasantly surprised with a basket of fresh fruits in the house. The fridge and pantry was stocked up with the basic needs for our stay. Because of the fantastic accommodation we had a great holiday in Perth, Australia.

Bec’s Ocean Reef house was absolutely stunning. From relaxing to going to beach this is the most amazing Air BnB experience we have ever had - everything you needed was provided. Highly recommend this beautiful location & wonderful hosts.

Stayed in the red fridge for 13 nights and it was perfect, amazing location, great bars and restaurants really close. Would recommend to anyone wanting to be close to the beach !

A great space in a fantastic location. The house is located an easy few minute walk from the beach. The WA coast is amazing and unique to Australia. Unlike many short term stays that take short cuts because they are close to the beach, Brooke's places is very clean, very well appointed and as described in the listing. It has a relaxed, beachy aesthetic and is well suited to solo, couple or small family travellers. All of the little extras - milk in the fridge, a loaf of fresh bread on the kitchen bench, beach towels - made for an enjoyable stay and were appreciated. It is located close to many of Perth's best offerings. There is bus running past the front door, but a car is a more suitable option in this location. Brooke was a quick and clear communicator. Easy to highly recommend.

We were looking for a place to stay the night before our flight and were glad to have found this apartment. It was spotless when we arrived, and the bed was firm yet comfortable—perfect for a restful night. The location was great too, just a short walk to Scarborough Beach and lots of dining options. An added bonus: the hosts were very responsive and approachable over chat. All in all, a great stay!

Our third stay here and as always, felt very at home. The Boathouse had all the amenities and Liz and Chris are always so kind and considerate in having us check in early and checkout late. Igor’s place was perfect for us to stay a week in Perth. It was close to family we were visiting, and quite centrally located to easily get to the CBD, the beach, nature reserve, and everything else we did while we stayed. The place was well stocked with comfortable linens, towels, and a well-equipped kitchen for us to use. Parking was helpful as was easy check-in and out. Igor was very responsive, helpful, and flexible for us — making our stay as smooth as possible!

An enjoyable stay. A very tidy, clean, spacious home in a quite neighbourhood. Everything we needed for a two day trip to Perth. An easy walk to good coffee and groceries. Jennifer was lovely when we saw her at checkin and check out. Highly recommend.

Bea and Daniel are great hosts, friendly and super easy to communicate with. everything was as described with public transport at your door step and walking distance to shops. My son felt safe and comfortable throughout his month stay for study which was my primary concern. We could not have been happier and would definitely recommend to friends and family. I am the second out of two guests and unfortunately, I have not had the pleasure to meet Fiona in person but my partners word is as good as any so here goes! Let's start with the host: Fiona is lovely. She's friendly and a pleasure to interact with. We hope we were too Fiona. Thank you for everything. The place: Spotless and pristine. Kept so well and has every little thing you could think of, when staying in temporary accommodation. We stayed here 4-some weeks and were left wanting for nothing. Au contraire! The view we had. Uff, now this was the icing on the cake. (Almost) every evening, we had the view of the river and a beautiful (breathtaking) sunset. I'm not one for taking photos of everything but for sunsets like these, I've made the exception. With only our very best wishes, we bid your beautiful family home adieu.

Kate's place was amazing! I stayed with my family which there was a baby who almost 2 years and she lent us some books for baby. Kate recommended some places even restaurants in Perth. I highly recommend if you want to stay in Como, Perth. I will definitely back again!

Really enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect for me being so close to work. Amy and Ian were extremely friendly and welcoming. Would happily stay there again.

Easy going and a really comfortable stay. There were other guests there, but the way the place is set up made it pretty accommodating & she has a great spa... almost swimming pool size.

Absolutely fantastic experience at this gorgeous property. Everything you could ask for ... and more!! Kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with fresh bread, fruit, eggs, cheese, butter & cereals + other essentials. Lovely, responsive hosts. Private off-street parking at entry for our hire car was a huge bonus. Leisurely 20 minute stroll to markets, foreshore & pretty-well everything else! Honestly, hubby & I could not have asked for (nor needed) more!

Fantastic accommodation! Quiet and peaceful, making it ideal for resting. Libby is a caring and helpful host and I'd definitely re-book if I need to see relatives and friends in Warnbro/Rockingham in the future.

An amazing alternative option in Perth that boasts a pool, bar area, pool table and cinema room! We would absolutely come back to stay in this homestay! Thanks guys

This experience was a gift. We left feeling like we should have spent more time with Anthea and Sandy, along with their friend Yuri. From the moment we entered the house, we became the recipients of their kindness & graciousness. Anthea, especially has a calm and inviting energy that makes you feel at ease right away. She also made sure to respect our personal space as well. We will gladly rebook this place in a heartbeat, just to spend more time with these amazing people. P.s the dogs are adorable, especially Teddy!
