We stayed in this apartment with great pleasure. The house is very welcoming, well furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities to feel at home. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, with everything you need to cook on your own. A great point in favor is the possibility of parking the car on the property. Also, all rooms were super clean, the cleanliness was really impeccable. Cristian is a kind, helpful and attentive host. He was very flexible with the arrival time and made us find a basket with drinks and breakfast products, a very welcome welcome. Throughout the stay, communication was always simple and punctual. We highly recommend this apartment and thank Cristian for hosting!

Looks exactly like the photos, super clean and large apartment, very bright in a beautiful quite neighborhood, next to the Main Street ( a lot of local shops and restaurants) and close to the beach. Marco was very helpful with lots of recommendations. A visit to the island of Ponza from the port at 10 minutes walk is definitely a must.

Nicely situated appartment in beautiful Aquila, ideal for a visit of the city. I would recommend it for single travelers or couples. And, the hosts were very nice !

lovely place to be! we got super welcome. Silvia and her parents was really nice to us - and we got a Selfmade cake from a real Italien grandmother! we were rly sad about the short time (2 days) in poli, because there is so much to see. Flat very well located within walking distance from the city centre. Furnished in a modern, bright and functional style. Equipped with all necessary amenities to provide a relaxing and pleasant stay. Beautiful terrace with a fantastic view. Hosts very helpful and available. Highly recommended!

Decent little house, that offers the warmth of your own home.

A great place to escape from the city chaos! The instructions provided by the host made it really simple to find the apartment. When we arrived, the heating was on, making the place warm and cozy. It was really thoughtful and we felt grateful!

Mireia was available for dialogue right away and was attentive to any needs even if not physically present. Nothing to complain about and the cottage, although on three floors, is cozy and gives a family feeling. Surrounded by greenery, it enjoys a lot of tranquility.

Domenico's home is lovely! The view from the garden of the sun setting across the fields is magnificent! The kitchen has everything you could need to cook, they have thought of everything! They even left nice little touches which were very kind, for example, i had my dog with me and it was a hot day and they put a bowl of water out for her upon arrival and one for me in the fridge, so so thoughtful and caring, thank you! The home is clean and the garden is gorgeous! It is in a really peaceful area with supermarkets a five mins drive away. I recommend this place, to any other solo female travellers, this place is safe and the hosts are lovely! They also have aircon in the kitchen as well as the bedrooms and they have mosquito nets too. The place is clearly loved and looked after. Thank you both so much! :)

The property is as described, kitchen is small but manageable. Parking is the best. The area is quiet and pleasant. The apartment is very clean and tidy. The host always replied promptly when we were in doubt. There are many trabocchi along the coastline.

Since I had a wedding in Pescara, I decided to indulge in some relaxation among the olive trees of Silvi... The house is beautiful and clean, in a relaxing and quiet area! Brunella and Gaetano were kind and helpful hosts, they gave me tips on where to get the best brunch, the nearest beaches and the most interesting places to see in the surrounding area. The hammock overlooking the sea was my favorite part of the house!!

Lovely apartment in a quiet little village just a few minutes away from the motorway. We used it as a break between Ravenna and Naples but had we known that it was such a nice place we would have spent two nights here and explored the area. Very stately apartment, dated but kept in a beautiful and "refreshed" way recently. There's really nothing missing except for a TV . Mila really provided everything, the kitchen, the bathroom and the super equipped rooms, all with new things. Amazing terrace with breathtaking views. Unfortunately, the stay was short. I hope to go back.

We spent one night in Luigi’s apartment and we had a very comfortable stay. The house is located in a wonderful place, with a lovely view from the terrace in front of it. It was incredibly quiet so we had a very restful sleep. The landscapes around the house are well worth a visit! Highly recommended!!

I have been to many AirBNB’s but never have I seen one as well stocked as this lovely home. There was everything we needed for a family dinner upon arrival! Maria Teresa is a delight. Very responsive and full of helpful suggestions. Easy check in and check out. Spacious with 3 comfortable bedrooms and very light and airy. This house is close to old town, which is a must. Also, very close to the best beach. We will be back and highly recommend.

Perfect stay! We were two couples with three children, huge space in the house, equipped with every comfort and need. It is a perfect location to reach Passolanciano! Mr. Fiore was very kind and available for all our needs!
