We had a great time at Monica’s place. A very beautiful, peaceful, and enchanting place. The garden is extremely beautiful and perfect for breakfast and enjoying the sun. The views from the 2nd garden were also breathtaking. The area is very peaceful, historic, and beautiful. The hosts were very kind and responsive too. Very recommended and the price is worth the quality!

The accommodation is perfect! Everything is very clean and spacious. The garden of the house is beautiful and very comfortable to relax and drink a good wine. The house has a privileged view, with many vineyards around. Katerina is a great host, always providing clear and accurate information. Mr. Carlo, who welcomed us, is very kind and friendly. We will certainly return to get to know the wineries in the region better.

Welcoming warm host, location was tranquil snd picturesque, lovely welcoming village community. Freshly grown tomatoes on site and a fabulous outdoor pizza oven and barbecue area. Paul's place is a true gem. There is a big yard that is extremely well taken care of, with lots of beautiful and well thought of details. It has many different areas that you can spend time in, both spots for sun and spots for shade. It is truly amazing sitting there having a morning coffee with a view of a fabulous mountain top. We visited in early June, when the yard was flourishing. Paul had a kind man helping out with the yard and swimming pool, he visited every morning to clean the pool and his visits were mostly timed early, before us guests in the villa had woken up to the new day. The villa's interior was great too, it was super clean and all the interior details was of great quality and condition. Rooms were spacious, all bathrooms good and there was a bathroom in each room, which was very convenient for a group of 8 people. We would warmly recommend this villa, it was even better than we could have expected. The hosts are very kind and helpful, we felt welcome. Thank you!

The Villa is a great house with one of the best views on the lake. It is spacious, has great outdoor spaces, and has nice furniture and art throughout. Location is great as it is close to Scanno piazza but also near the highway to Sulmona and other towns as well. Hosts were great as well.

The house is really nice and cozy, complete with everything, including games to spend the evenings in joy. We've even lit the fireplace! Our girls loved the garden, with the wooden house (also furnished and with accessories) and the swings. The ski lifts are just a few kilometers away, as is the charming village. I was at Casone for my graduation party and it was the best choice I could make. Lorenzo was kind and super helpful in meeting my requests. Excellent accommodation for the customization of the stay, therefore. The house also offers everything you need to organize large tables as it has a kitchen with attached dishes that could serve a restaurant not even so small. dozens of board games and a foosball game have animated the evening. impeccable cleanliness. i will definitely be back

Our large family of 17 stayed at this beautiful villa to celebrate my father’s 70th birthday and we had a fantastic week. Everyone loved it—kids and adults alike—with all the toys and activities available. The hosts were wonderful: always helpful, kind, and quick to respond to any questions. What a gorgeous house and setting !!! The house is better stocked and more beautiful than the listing. So peaceful and relaxing. We were 3 families, had ample space, privacy and could have stayed longer. Having a house that is fully air conditioned in Italy is rare ! The grocery store in town is fully stocked and the agriturismo was delicious. A car is a must in this area, but don’t hesitate to book ! Very attentive owners/managers, they were so accommodating and even had a welcome platter waiting for us with some food essentials !!! Would rent it again !

Perfect for our family with children and grandparents, everyone has their own space. Short stay in a beautiful and peaceful village in Abruzzo. The house contains everything you need and the garden with pool is very well laid out. The owners are lovely people who also own a restaurant in the center, which we recommend you try.

The vacation home Casa Vita Nuova proved to be true fortune. Starting with the hosts, Lea and Roland, who made their stay a special experience with their warm and courteous manner. The house itself exudes cleanliness and care, and the view from the terrace is simply stunning. The pool, also kept very clean, offers welcome cooling and invites you to linger. All in all, Casa Vita Nuova is not only very well maintained, but also a place where you feel immediately welcome and at home. A real highlight in the Airbnb selection.

Everything was wonderful. We enjoyed our 2 week stay. Sabaudia is a great location away from tourists. Easy to get to Latina train station by car 1/2 hour. We had parking, a Gardner and pool service. Recycling is a bit of a pain but that’s all of Italy.

The stay at Villa Elena was undoubtedly fantastic as the house is even more beautiful than it looked in the photos. Everything was tidy and clean. It is well equipped with everything and is suitable for a stay of 10 people. Having the heaters with two separate boilers for the floors, the house stays warm and you can manage which floor to heat. It has a beautiful terrace and a living room with a beautiful view of the mountains. In addition, the owner and assistant were very kind and helpful. In addition, for any questions, both were available with a quick response. The space in the rooms is right and each person had what they needed for rooms and bathrooms (2 public and 2 private). The nearby village (Cusano Mutri) is very nice, and all the people we met were warm and very friendly. In conclusion: undoubtedly beautiful vacation, absolutely recommended.
