Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a "Welcome Basket" with local delicacies. The skate park and sports field are located in the immediate vicinity. We offer our guests free bike rental. The location offers an excellent starting point for excursions.

Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

The kitchen has all necesary equipment including oven, microwave, stove and refrigerator. Dining area can host 6 people. Living room has comfortable sofa and two armchairs. All bedrooms have plenty of room for your things. Bedroom 2 has two single beds that can be joined and used as a double bed. Bathroom has bath, washbasin, bidet and washing machine, toilet is separated.

The S&A House apartment is located in Bagnoli della Rosandra, a village at the entrance of the Val Rosandra/Dolina Glinščice Reserve, a few kilometers from Trieste, close to the border with Slovenia. Thanks to its rich natural heritage, Val Rosandra, with its unique surface water course of the Trieste Karst, the Glinščica River and the waterfall of about 40m has always been a destination for hikers and rockers.
