This charming, typical Majorcan rural house has a pool and is surrounded by a widespread Mediterranean garden. It is ideally situated in a quiet and sunny part of town, just a 20 minutes walk from the city center and only 2 miles from the beach. The house provides two bed- and two bath rooms which comfortably accommodate four adults. Since we spend a lot of time with our baby girl here we are happy to share a baby bed and a high-chair with you. The staircase on the first floor has a barrier.

Following the covered terrace on the ground floor, which can be accessed from all bedrooms, there is the pool and the sun terraces with sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower.
