Feels like a proper holiday staying here with the beach right on the doorstep and the sun trap garden. Lovely little home, comfortable and with all the essentials as well as a fab location.

Great stay in Brighton. Very central location walkable to all the main sights and close to the station. The place was very modern and looks just like the pictures. Would highly recommend for a short trip in Brighton.

What a wonderful house! Have just returned from a weekend stay with my family and wished we could have stayed for longer. Fabulous location literally on a lovely beach! We spent the morning paddle boarding and the sea was wonderfully warm. The house was spacious, light, and airy and had everything we needed and much more. Jane was very responsive to all Our emails and communication was excellent. We loved it so much we’ve rebooked for next year.

What a wonderful place……everything as described….David & Donna provided a great welcome pack. The house had everything needed for a relaxing break. Beach was quiet and clean. Games room was a hit for the competitive people in our group! View from the sitting room was stunning ……Plenty of parking and was very easy to find.

5 Stars – A Perfect Stay at Greg’s Place in Brighton! I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Greg’s place in Brighton. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The flat was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable — the perfect blend of charm and modern convenience. Greg clearly put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming environment, and it showed in every detail. The location was ideal — just a short walk to the beach, great local cafes, and the vibrant lanes of central Brighton. Whether I was out exploring or just relaxing at the flat, I felt completely at home. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the space was surprisingly quiet given its central location. Greg was a gracious and responsive host, offering helpful recommendations and making sure everything ran smoothly throughout my stay. I truly appreciated his hospitality. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again — highly recommended for anyone visiting Brighton!

We came as a four generational family and the house was perfect for all our needs. The children and grandchildren took the upstairs accomodation and my mum, husband and I the ground floor. The access straight onto the beach was fabulous for the little ones and made it very exciting for them.

Really lovely to stay here facing the sea. It’s close to cafes and art shops, also some nice restaurants. Apartment is clean and nice, got that nice vacation vibe.

Such a wonderful place to stay for a weekend away in Hastings! Easy walk to the old town (20 mins) with great views if you go up to West Hill. Right next to Alexandra Park as well - Perfect for a Sunday morning walk. The place was spotless, very comfy bed and Rachel was more than helpful answering any questions / giving us recommendations. Will definitely be staying here again :) Thanks Rachel xx

Maria's place was spacious and comfortable. Perfect location and very handy having the parking space so close. Would recommend.

John & Tracey were so lovely, helpful and communicated efficiently. The accomodation was in a great location, a fantastic view of the beach with a 5 minute walk to the local grocery shop. The house was very clean and well-equipped, the kitchen was full of utensils, there were lots of games to play and bookshelves where visitors can do a book swap (how cute!). The house looked even more beautiful in person, I would absolutely recommend and will definitely be back! Thank you John & Tracey for being great host’s :)

Lovely place to stay

The view and access to the beach was lovely.

Had a fantastic stay at Matthews cute cottage. Great location in the centre of town but a lovely, quiet little haven at the same time for those just wanting to decompress! The place is beautifully styled with a perfect outdoor space to sit out after a busy day. Quick walk to all the shops, restaurants, bars and beach. Thorough and thoughtful communication with Matthew throughout. Good value for money as well when you compare to hotels, B&Bs but with the added bonus of your own space to relax, cook if you want to as well. Highly recommend, will Definitely be back! Catherine's kittiwakes air bnb was fantastic. I was a little apprehensive booking Kittiwakes air b n b for the size of our family however it was a perfect size with the added benefit of storing luggage etc in the garage! Catherine's attention to detail is superb we very much enjoyed our stay.

Kaz' accommodation is a great place for staying a couple of nights when exploring Brighton and the South Downs! It had everything we needed and was super tidy and clean! A plus were the beds, which were very comfortable and the little terrace area in the backyard. Parking for free really was not much off a problem, just a few hundred metres walk. Buses run regularly and the walk to the seafront is only 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend!

Denise is very helpful and friendly, and goes out of her way to make guests feel comfortable.. Communication was great and I was made to feel at home with the family.. As it was a long stay I appreciated being able to use the kitchen, and after a weeks stay do a laundry. Thanks for a great stay Denise!
