From the covered sitting area, the view extends to meadows and fields. Artistically designed and lovingly furnished down to the last detail. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. This very well-equipped, modern apartment, with over 100 square meters (1,076 square feet) of living space, is located in a two-family house with a large terrace and a very large garden. The apartment is located in the idyllic village of "Maria Thalheim". There you will find a bakery (with daily groceries), a butcher and an Italian restaurant with a beer garden in the immediate vicinity. In summer, the natural swimming lake (walking distance) invites you to swim and relax.

This small 1-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom, all handicapped-friendly and wheelchair accessible, is located in the Holledau. Animals and children run around on our farm. Otherwise, it is quite quiet due to the secluded location. The apartment has its own entrance and a small terrace with lots of greenery for walking. Pets are also welcome for an extra charge (€15.00). During the day you can leave the dogs in the guesthouse next door (register beforehand)
