Da ich berufstätig bin bieten wir Frühstück nur auf Anfrage zum Aufpreis von 12,- pro Frühstück pro Person an. Wir sind im Tal zentral gelegen. Im Winter hält der Skibus direkt vor unserem Skikeller. Our house with large terrace is located on the outskirts of Bolsterlang/Sonderdorf, directly at the beginning of numerous beautiful hiking trails, bicycle and ski tours. No transit traffic. The lifts of the Hörnerbahn are easily accessible on foot and ideally suited for all levels of difficulty. We look forward to seeing guests who appreciate the Allgäu nature. The BLUE ROOM with balcony and lake view is one of 4 double rooms with its own. Bath that are on the 1st floor of the Auerberghaus. Included in the price is a rich breakfast. There is a common room and a shared kitchen with huge, covered balcony. The house surrounds a beautiful garden with a small pond, which is available to guests for quiet use by arrangement. Please only dogs by prior arrangement. In addition, there is a holiday home for 6 - 8 persons in the DG.

There are 36 m² available for you. The suite is housed in a former Jagdschlössl in the Tiroler Zugspitzarena. From Schlössl you have an amazing view of the Zugspitz massif.

Our charming, traditional and family-run guest house is within walking distance of the train station, Zugspitz train station, ice stadium and the town center with pedestrian zone. Unfortunately, we will no longer offer breakfast starting in 2025.
