Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Pfaffenwinkel

The place was great and located near beautiful old town. We are a family of four (kids 9 and 11) and felt it had plenty of space for us to relax after a day of exploring during our week in Bavaria. I have no problem recommending it to anyone else. There is lots of parking nearby as well and a cute market that opens up on weekends.

We stayed here for the weekend and felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, the weather was very bad, all the more beautiful that the apartment was so cozy. We are happy to be able to test the balcony again in better weather:)

The neighborhood it's very quite and peaceful , fairly near the public transports. The apartment it's very pretty and cozy, and includes all the amenities you could need, we felt like at home. During our stay Dom was always helpful and proactive with every topic, for example he quickly helped us fix one issue with had with internet connection, he's very responsive and easy to talk too, great experience. Overall it was a great stay, highly recommended!

Renate is a very warm and friendly hostess, we were able to check out and check in very flexible. Everything went very smoothly and quickly. The place was an absolute dream, with beautiful views. It was in perfect condition, the kitchen had everything you needed and the beds were large and comfortable. Desiree’s home was even more beautiful than the photos. A large open space that was both clean and inviting. The location was quiet and in the center of the city. There is an elevator and the check in process was very easy.

Super nice, clean, quiet and yet within walking distance of the train station apartment, where we felt very comfortable. Communication with Matthias was also consistently helpful, friendly and prompt. If we are in Rosenheim again, we will be happy to come back.

We were there for the second time and felt very comfortable again. The proximity to nature and the well-stocked village shop make the accommodation a great vacation destination. We hiked a lot again (Tannheimertal and the surrounding area and were in the bike park in Hindelang.

We loved our stay here. Walking distance from the train which made accessing Munich very easy. A beautiful residential street with great surrounding pubs and cafes. We would absolutely recommend to our family and friends

We had wonderful days at Villa Alpenblick. The amenities were very good and everything super clean. The view from the balcony was fantastic. We would definitely recommend the house. Evelyn is an excellent host

We had a wonderful stay with friends and child 😍 The accommodation was even more beautiful than in the photos! The basic equipment is great and the room layout was also great for us. The flexible check-in and check-out times were also great! The contact with the host was very friendly and we always got a quick response as well as many tips for the area. We would definitely recommend this apartment! We stayed as 2 couples, and the space was perfect for us. The rooms were very comfortable, and the space was laid out in a tidy and effective manner, while still feeling inviting. Our host, Pia, did a wonderful job—prompt communication, helpful suggestions for the area, always polite and cheerful. She was a pleasure to book with and made our stay a joy. The neighborhood is charming, with a quiet, local feel with the apartment conveniently located to groceries, pubs, and restaurants. The tram is extremely convenient as well, for exploring the busier parts of the city. Would highly recommend this host and this location to anyone wanting to experience Munich.

This place was over the top lovely. Attention to detail, quality of bed and bath linen, very quiet and a 3 min walk from the center of town. The nicest place I’ve stayed in a very long time. Thank you Karin, for opening this lovely space to us.

Amazing.

The 3rd floor 3 room flat is located in a lovely small town on the outskirts of Munich, in a beautiful rural part of Germany. It is ideally located if you are flying into either Memmingen Airport or Munich Airport. I would recommend hiring a car to get there as it is 6km away from any train station. That being said, you can also hire a taxi for a quick 10 minutes drive to and from the train station, if you prefer. Aksana and Sebastian were there to welcome us on arrival and showed us around the house. They prepared a stack of maps and information on the region - which by the way - is beautiful. Wifi connection was top, the house was spotlessly clean, the kitchen well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We were really glad to have a large dining table for us all (10 people) to have breakfasts and dinners together. We rented this flat during the Okotberfest in Munich and traveled daily into town. It was nice to come back to this haven of peace and quiet in the evenings to re-charge. We would definitely come back again!

The apartment is located about 5-10min walk from the Rosenheimer Platz S-Bahn Station providing peace and quiet at night. There is also the Motorama Shopping plaza above the station with has an Aldi, HIT, DM, and other conveniences. The apartment is cozy, with a Murphy bed (to generate extra space), couch, TV, Balcony, small kitchenette area and is comfortable for 1-2 people. Adi was very proactive, provided clear instructions and even provided us with a week’s worth of water bottles, juices, and chocolates which was a very nice gesture. Overall, it was a good experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

Benedikt was a great host. He followed us from the beginning and was always ready and available. The apartment is very nice, clean and equipped with all comforts.
