Unser Ferienhaus ist ein großzügiges, lichtdurchflutetes, freistehendes Architektenhaus mit einer großen Dachterrasse u. einen puristischen Garten in Hanglage. Auf der Dachterrasse bietet sich ein grandioser Rundblick in die Alpen und auf die Zugspitze. Unser Haus bietet Ihnen eine vollausgestattete Open-Space-Küche. Zur Entspannung ist eine Infrarot-Dampfkabine und ein Hottub zur kostenfreien Nutzung vorhanden. Das Haus ist klimafreundlich mit PV-Anlage, Batteriespeicher und Luftwärmepumpe.

Wir wohnen in der Nähe, deswegen ist jederzeit jemand für Sie da, wenn Sie Unterstützung brauchen. Hier mitten in den Alpen und des Naturschutzgebietes Natura 2000 genießen Sie die Ruhe und Erholung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und auf einen idyllischen See. Dachstudio im sanierten historischen Hof Hauswang. Wohnung mit viel Bergblick bis zur Zugspitze. Gemütliche Dachstube im alten Gebälk, gemütliche Sessel, eigene Küche - und die Möglichkeit viele Gemeinschaftsbereiche im Gästehaus mitzunutzen. Du hast ein geräumiges eigenes Dusch-Bad, Deine eigene Küche - aber auch Zugang zur großen Gemeinschaftsküche. Es gibt ein Doppelbett 2 x 1,8m sowie ein Schlafsofa 1,9 x 1m, einen Schreibtisch, zwei Sessel und Giebelverglasung mit schmalem Balkon.
