The stay was super relaxed. The hosts very friendly and accommodating. We are happy to recommend it! Were mostly 4 in the accommodation, with 6 people it should be good and cozy. The sauna and the whirlpool rounded it all off perfectly 😊

Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, this house has an open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The lake and Tegelberg are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a table tennis table and football goals as well as a basketball hoop.

The house is an architectural gem with great views. The clear line and the reduction to a few materials (wood) is complemented by high-quality furniture. The upholstered furniture and textiles such as pillows and carpet, but also the pictures and books give the living room a feel-good atmosphere. An additional plus is the cleverly integrated sauna in the basement with a loggia that is not visible from the outside. We felt very comfortable in the house and would be happy to come back.

Wonderful location, surrounded by nature, far from the chaos of the city, we really relaxed, reminiscent of typical Italian mountain houses, in the most niche areas. Spectacular!!!!

The house is ideal for 2-3 people and is located in a quiet street. From the terrace, you have a beautiful wide view of meadows and trees. Everything was very well maintained and clean. It's great that there are toiletry and care products as well as cleaning products in sufficient quantities and even a "minibar" is offered if you arrive later or have forgotten something. The carport offers so much space that you can also park bicycles. A great starting point to explore Ravensburg, Bald Waldsee, Bad Wurzach, etc. Communication with Manuel was flawless and super fast. We will be happy to come back.

The communication with Gerda before and during the stay is fine. Upon arrival, she showed us everything and explained everything. Gerda is very kind and very helpful. She insists not to ask for anything. She responds quickly to our questions and check in between if everything is to your liking. The apartment is beautifully decorated and in impeccable condition. You can feel right at home. The rooms are large and modern. There is a very large garden with stunning mountain views. All in all, highly recommend.

We spent a week in the beautiful house in the middle of a fantastic garden. In total, we were four adults and four children between 0 and 3 years old. The layout with two rooms upstairs and a shared bathroom was perfect for us with two families. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired with a coffee machine, toaster, hand mixer and salad spinner and the children were delighted with building blocks, Duplo and various games. The garden is huge and beautiful and was used extensively by us. Our hosts not only provided us with helpful tips for activities in the area, but also spoiled us with fresh rolls and homemade cakes. We even received active support when filling the paddling pool! Georg and Giesela are probably unbeatable in terms of cordiality. We will definitely come back and say thank you for a wonderful holiday with you!

Right from the start, Janin was "eating good cherries"😁 - consistently likeable communication, helpful and generously accommodating when it comes to pre-check-in and very late checkout 🫶🏻 The house has everything and more we needed for a nice family weekend! The location is ideally suited for hikes from the house. We come back to everyday life

Beautiful nature and surroundings, many hiking trails Very nice well-kept accommodation with a great garden and natural pond, all fenced, was ideal for our dog 🐕 Great communication with Claudia and for the welcome there was mint/rosemary water great!! We'll be back for sure

The apartment has everything you need, even the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony is great and you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The car can be parked well at the accommodation (also VW buses in a separate parking lot). We particularly liked the area for hiking and cycling.

We were completely happy with the place. It was as described and the apartment is easily accessible. Communication was impeccable and we can recommend the accommodation.

The apartment is in a great location, exactly matches the pictures and was very tidy. Check-in via the neighboring hotel was straightforward. Especially nice: We were able to use the pool and sauna. A big thank you to Helmut for the friendly support. When it came to work on the roof during our stay, he reimbursed us 20% on his own initiative. This is truly an exceptional service. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back!

Very nice and spacious apartment with upscale equipment. We felt very comfortable right away. This was also due to small touches such as a few drinks in the fridge, coffee, sparkling wine. Steffie was always available immediately for questions and also acted flexibly. Overall a well-rounded experience!

We felt very comfortable! Everything was clean. The apartment was as described and clean! The view from the balcony is beautiful! We had the swimming pool to ourselves. The region has a lot to do with the business. (We were traveling by car.) We will be happy to come back. :)

We had a nice weekend with 8 people in the spacious vacation home. We particularly liked the very private garden with pool and beautiful seating options – perfect for a relaxed barbecue evening. The cozy dining room with a corner bench was also ideal for the whole group. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Overall, a great house for groups.

It is a nice and neat apartment in a beautiful area, with views of the mountains from the balcony. If it is hot outside, it will quickly become hot inside, but the pool provided wonderful cooling!

We were "unfortunately" only passing through and therefore only one night in Memmingen. We loved the apartment. Very spacious, modernly furnished and everything you need. Check-in worked out great. We always received a quick response and the door code in advance. Upon arrival, we were greeted personally, everything was explained, the underground parking space directly opposite was shown, and we received great restaurant tips. The apartment is centrally located, you can reach everything on foot: supermarket, green area, shops, restaurants and the old town. We slept very well, the bed is very comfortable, you just can't completely darken the SZ. There is no real door to the bathroom, so you should be familiar with each other. You can shower while sitting, but the bathtub is great and there is even shampoo, body lotion, etc. on site. We were even able to have breakfast on the terrace in the backyard, which is totally cute. The kitchen is super equipped.

Anna-Lena's apartment was very cozy, clean and quiet. We were very pleased with the private parking space, as we always had a safer parking space. The super-equipped kitchen really had everything your heart desires. It is only a 15-minute drive to Neuschwanstein and the area is also great for hiking. Our little furry friend 🐶 and we felt very comfortable. I'm sure we'll be back. :)

It was very neat and new apartment. We liked the stay very much. Sitting outside is a little less, traffic disturbed something and there is no garden. We'd love to come back.

We had a great stay here. On the first night, we realized there is no air conditioning in summer but after corresponding with the hosts, they brought some fans over which were sufficient with the cool night air :) It is also a close drive to many of the famous sites

Amazing stay! We only have good things to say about the house; modern yet traditional and the location was stunning and convenient. Baked goods in the morning was an additional treat thanks to Thorsten. The road to Lech was open due to the late season (end of April), so we could really enjoy the dining scene there as well. We’ll be back!

We were in the apartment for the first time and immediately felt comfortable. Everything was very clean and cozy. Diana is a very nice, helpful and accommodating hostess. The location is simply fantastic and you can really relax. From the farm, you have a lot of different options on foot, by bike or by car. We can only recommend the place.

The place was very clean and super equipped. Alexandra is a great hostess. The check-in went smoothly, there is a parking space included, but you can reach everything in the village itself on foot without any problems. The view of the mountains was also really nice, but unfortunately we could not use the balcony (due to bad weather). Nevertheless, we felt completely comfortable.
