Despite its small size, the house features a double bed, a sofa bed, a TV, air conditioning, a kitchen, a safety deposit box, and a private bathroom. Important, it is on the second floor and there is no elevator.

A peaceful setting only a few minutes far from the center ! 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bus. Perfect location, away from the hustle and the smog of city center, for families with children, for people who prefer spacious places, sea view, garden and safe parking. Car is needed if you mind walking our private driveway 300 mt, a little uphill but with a wonderful view!

The apartment, located on the third floor, is cozy and comfortable as well as consisting of a salon-living room with a balcony. The living room has a window and a sofa bed. There is a double bedroom with balcony and two single bedrooms with windows and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub with shower arm.
