Gianluca has extensively renovated the apartment, there are new windows in all rooms, the bathroom is new and beautifully furnished, most of the furniture is also new. Basic food is available, plus plenty of coffee and breakfast accessories. Gianluca recommended good restaurants and also some information about the area in the apartment.

Massimo was very kind and very helpful, a friend. He was able to give us all the useful information for our stay, also taking care of reservations at restaurants and bathing establishments. The stay at Casa Gabbiano has been one of the most beautiful since my husband and I travel. Maria and her partner welcomed us by waiting for us until late at night as the traffic slowed our trip. We found nice people available and very kind. The extremely clean house furnished with a bright, quiet taste, equipped with every need. Very comfortable to visit the area easily. As a welcome, delicious typical sweets in addition to the necessary to prepare a breakfast and a plate of pasta for the evening. Maria is a discreet host and at the same time extremely helpful, always ready to respond to my messages requesting information. I thank Maria and also her very nice mother whom we had the pleasure of meeting. Being able to have a direct relationship with the host,from my point of view, is always a pleasant experience.
