It is located in the hamlet of Pianoconte, in the countryside in a peaceful setting 5 km from the historic center (therefore, a vehicle is necessary to get around), with a parking space for a car and motorcycle and the possibility of using the garden and terrace on the ground floor. The entrance is not independent. There is a pool nearby.

There is an open living room with a kitchen zone - in this room it is possible to open up a divan bed, or if you prefer two single beds. In the bedroom there is a double bed, and when necessary there is enough space to add a single bed. The bathroom has a shower and there is also an outdoor shower on the terrace.
