We are so glad we found Diane’s place - it was heaven. The cottage is gorgeous, has everything you’d need, a really comfy bed and a lovely private outside space with a BBQ. We had a few hot days and it’s a very cool space in the heat. Diane couldn’t have been more helpful. It’s a great location for walking and biking, or sitting outside the local Tabac with a beer. We loved our stay and hope to return!

Accurate listing photos. A sought-after decoration that will appeal to bargain hunters. Beautiful outdoor spaces that can be enjoyed on sunny days. Very good small shops nearby and 30 minutes' drive from the main points of interest in the region.

Very friendly and available host. Really peaceful environment by the Seine and the garden filled with the scent of jasmine. Very well maintained and tasteful.

My friends and I had a great weekend . Christel was very available and accommodating with us while remaining discreet. We thank her very much for her great sympathy:) The accommodation is great and very comfortable, and the outside (pool area, jacuzzi, sauna and games room) is surely the greatest asset of this Airbnb! Very good stay in Marie-Hélène's accommodation, which has all the necessary amenities to feel at home. The latter is clean and very comfortable. The location is very convenient, whether to visit the surroundings or simply to rest quietly, in the garden or by the pool. It is perfect for both a short stay and a longer period. Thank you Bertrand for the welcome and the welcome cake as well as the flexibility of the departure, we will not hesitate to recommend it or even to come back.

Thanks to Iteb for hosting us. The accommodation is spacious, clean, comfortable and ultra-connected. The pool and spa location is simply awesome, with a screen and projector to watch a movie with your feet in the water. And all 100% private. If you're looking for an authentic Parisian apartment experience that is elegant and comfortable - this is the place. City balcony on the front and the windows in the back open onto a park setting (ruins of a medieval gladiator area!) with trees and birds singing.

We loved Isadora’s place! My girlfriend and l booked for the view and the extra room to spread out was great! We loved the high ceilings, large kitchen space and big open living room/dining room. This location was close to the Eiffel Tower, but we noticed other noteworthy locations took more time to get to. With the metro being only a 10 min walk away, this was not a massive issue yet something to consider. You also can’t beat having a grocery store close by, which we went to often! Isadora was accommodating, quick to respond and we would love to be back in the future!

My wife and I had a great long weekend stay here in a marvelous flat with a great balcony over the streets. Spacious for 2 adults and light and airy. Bed was comfy and kitchen very well equipped. Quiet at night yet moment's from the sights and attractions. Very safe around the area at night too on the walks home. Would thoroughly recommend.

Fabulous apartment in Paris!! We had a wonderful stay at Servane & Pierre-Jacques’ apartment in Paris. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully appointed, elegant and even more spacious than we expected — a rare find in the city! The location was ideal, in a lovely neighborhood with everything we needed close by. Check-in and check-out were smooth and perfectly timed, making the whole experience effortless. Servane provided detailed information about the apartment, neighborhood, restaurants and more. She was also extremely responsive with questions we had and when we needed additional help. This apartment deserves more than a 5-star rating. This is without a doubt the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay, the apartment was great and nestled in a private courtyard. There were plenty of restaurants and stores within a few minute walk and the adjacent park was beautiful. The apartment was well accommodated and very clean. We highly recommend this place and it was a big part of making our first visit to Paris memorable.

Very nice and large space, nicely decorated and quiet through the courtyard. Very pleasant communication with Frédéric. And great that he gives a lot of tips for restaurants and sights. Tip: rent bicycles at café Le Peloton (take the phone holder and ask for bicycle lighting).

Maria and Thibaud’s home is an excellent choice for a few days in Paris. It's conveniently located, the apartment is beautiful, clean, and fully equipped. This apartment is absolutely wonderful. It was perfect for our family of 2 adults & 2 older teens. The hosts are very professional & responsive. Communication was timely, clear & helpful. Check-in was easy. The apartment is spotless & chic. We loved the 2 big, modern, American-style bathrooms with large showers, great water pressure & plenty of hot water. This is a rare find in Europe! The set-up was ideal for us with 3 separate sleeping spaces & our teen said the sofa bed in the living room was very comfortable. For our visit in early June, the 3 fans kept the apartment cool at night. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (to Americans) which is nice since the elevator is tiny but there is street noise if the front windows are open (totally quiet if they are closed). It didn’t bother us because the location in Le Marais is excellent. It’s safe, easy to walk or metro to all the sights & has everything you need right outside your doorstep. Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful Paris visit!

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

If I had to remember only 3 points of these 4 nights spent in the Cap Bourne cottage? - an exceptional view of the sea and cliff with sunsets facing the terrace, without any cars, parking or taverns - only a few walkers. - Perfect calm - a building with a very modern and refined architecture, which knows how to be completely forgotten in the landscape

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

We (two families) with two children (1 & 2 years) were at Mehdi's home. We liked it very much and it was also child-friendly. It is a great location and we don't even need to talk about the view. Thank you for everything 🥰 A small tip, one more trash can in the bathroom would be great 😉

Listing as described, clean and well appointed. We spent 2 nights there, the place is quiet and close to all shops. Very nice little touches, with this heat, bottles of fresh water were waiting for us on arrival, thank you!

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Marie was a great host, communicated well and gave excellent instructions in good time. The flat was perfect for a sightseeing base, good price and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend for others 🤩
