Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Picture Rocks

This was our first AIR BNB experience. We didn’t spend a lot of time there, because we were exploring daily with family and spending time with our grand baby, but we really enjoyed spending time on the back porch, drinking coffee every morning. The back yard is beautiful, with so many different plants. We saw so many humming birds, quail, jack rabbits and even saw a road runner one day! There was a deer just beyond the fence that was having breakfast while we had breakfast and coffee. Overall, a very good experience.

The place is really nice for the price and in a safe area. The hosts are very informative and polite. This place is worth every penny.

Our 2nd stay in a year - Orlando is responsive, easy to contact and his place works great for our needs. We love having morning coffee on the porch and sitting there in the evening as the sun sets. The King size bed is SO comfortable and the livingroom offers a nice couch, oversized chair and plenty of channels to watch. Close to Saquaro National Park & Tucson Mountain, both have great trails. Only 20 minutes to Tucson & Marana. This visit we tried Nico's Express Mexican food truck in Picture Rocks ... It was so good, we ate there twice. Thank you for your hospitality !

This was such a great home! The pool was amazing! The home was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. We had everything we needed and would love to return one day.

In the 13 years and 11 stays, this was by far the best experience we have had. Literally perfect in every way. The casita and location was better than described. The home itself has been curated thoughtfully and intentionally. The lighting, the windows, the shades, great during the day and night. The appliances are high-end and work flawlessly. The nest thermostat kept the air just right. The bathroom was spacious, colorful and spotless. The area around the home was possibly more impressive than the inside. There are sitting areas outside the home, both in front and out back that provide the most amazing views at night. The property is incredible with dozens of different cactus, flowers and birds. The hosts were friendly, helpful and just good people. We will most definitely rent again. Highly recommend for a single traveler or couple.

Carrie and Patrick were so nice and welcoming and their property was so beautiful. We loved meeting the dogs, donkeys and goats. They even have wildlife come through their property but unfortunately we missed the javelina while we were there. If we ever go back to Tucson I would definitely stay at the Casita Del Rey again!

A well thought out historic home with unique touches, lovely decor and a great backyard patio. The house was well equipped, very clean and comfortable. It is nearby to hikes, restaurants, and a quick drive to Tucson’s downtown attractions. I highly recommend Jane’s place, we would gladly stay again upon a return visit to Tucson.

This place is exactly as described and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Its a very quiet community which was greatly appreciated. The hosts are slow to respond and I needed to nudge them to answer me twice after many hours of no response, so its best to see if you find issues right off the bat. honestly, thats the only thing to watch out for aside from the pool key not working all the time.

Great place. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you might want. Pool was lovely and pool table was fun.

Ross was amazing! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at his place in Tucson. The home was spotless, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. From the moment we booked, Ross was responsive and thoughtful. Our flight was delayed by an hour, but he waited for us, stayed in touch the whole time, and welcomed us warmly when we arrived. He took the time to show us around, explain all the amenities, tell us about the neighborhood, and offer great local restaurant recommendations. And to top it all off, he brought us a local banana bread the next day—such a kind and personal gesture! Ross’s hospitality went above and beyond. We couldn’t have asked for a better host and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend!

Convenient location and the house was clean. I’d stay here again

I leased this place for my parents when they visited for my graduation in mid-May 2025, and it was absolutely perfect! The listing photos and description were 100% accurate – a rare find! Though small, the space was incredibly comfy, clean, and well-equipped, making my parents feel right at home. Our host, Debra, was wonderful. She was so outgoing and welcoming, even sharing her homegrown veggies and recommending fantastic local Mexican restaurants. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

This house was such a gem to stay at! It's an old building with a lot of character. Our favorite part was the secluded yard with shade and space for relaxing 😌. The area is very walkable if you are comfortable being close to the busy downtown area. Overall I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a chill home to stay at in Tucson!

My fiance and I just got a place for a night to get away from the city . It was quiet , beautiful , and relaxing ! would highly recommend to anybody touring Tucson or even to just get out of the city for a bit !! 10/10 it was a perfect stay for two !

We enjoyed our stay at Martijn and Marloes’s place. The place was perfect for two people. The Hosts were very responsive and the location was close to many restaurants and not too far from downtown Tucson. We would stay there again.

My wife and I really loved staying at Gilbert's place. The attention to detail was incredible and we really enjoyed all the small things Gilbert does to make you feel welcome. We would absolutely stay here again in the future. Having to squeegee the shower door after every use was a little tiring, especially while on vacation, but otherwise it was an incredible stay!

I had the pleasure of staying at Darrel's condo this weekend, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The condo itself was beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. Every corner felt inviting and well thought out. What truly stood out was Darrel's responsiveness. Whenever I had a question, he was quick to reply, which made my stay even more enjoyable. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring a great experience did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a cozy getaway. I can't wait to return!

Very flexible and responsive host. The place was in a perfect location, and had nice amenities.

My family loved staying here. The condo is located in a great spot. As far as the property, it’s clean and I can tell the host has placed their guests in mind. I will note that Ventana Canyon View seems to have an established older community of residents living there. So if you have little ones (as our family does) you may get a couple disgruntled neighbors as we did at the pool. I’d just be mindful of your littles and the residents. Other than that, we’d definitely recommend the space.

Everything was advertised or better. I stayed for a five day business trip and didn’t get a chance to take advantage of all of the amenities, but I thoroughly enjoyed the alternative to a hotel
