Beachfront holiday rental in Pierpont Bay

We had a nice stay at this well equipped house with extended family and our dog. We appreciated the cleanliness, the many bathrooms, fluffy bath towels, and the short walk to the beach. We would stay here again.

Perfect little beach hide out. I love the patio and the thoughtful amenities. It’s a very serene place on a spectacular beach. It has a Kuerig, so if you like drip or your own brand of coffee, bring a cone and filters.

We had an amazing stay here! The house is very cute with a relaxing ambiance. It’s very clean and comfortable. The fridge was well stocked with a variety of drinks, which was a unique and really nice surprise that we appreciated. We absolutely loved being able to make coffee and drink it outside in the patio in the mornings. The landscaping was beautiful and there’s so much to do in the area! We actually got engaged on this trip. Would definitely recommend staying here to our friends/family!!

Wonderful home within walking distance to the Pacific Ocean. Convenience store within walking distance as well. Booking the place happened very quickly even as we were looking at the last minute. Response communications were very timely as well. The house was very cozy and conducive to our family getting together for my niece's graduation at CSU-CI. Loved that you can open the windows for fresh air. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed using the kitchen for home cooking and baking. Upstairs/outside deck was very nice, but we all preferred to stay inside the house. Totally recommend Jesse & Abha's home for your vacation get-away needs.

You could not ask for a nicer host and a better location in Malibu. We needed a dog friendly place to stay and the options were limited. Lucky for us Rochelle had the nicest little place for our stay. Don't miss the breakfast burritos at Country Kitchen or dinner at Dukes just a two minute walk away. The house was well appointed and decorated nicely. The beds comfy and towels soft. But best of all was Rochelle's responsiveness. We had a few things come up during our stay and Rochelle helped us out so much (from a spare chair to host a little dinner to the mistake of hitting the jets on the tub and not knowing what the noise could be). Highly recommend! Enjoy your stay.

Amazing location with amenities around. Great spot for walking and the beach is very close. Private fenced yard. Great stay for 2-4 people. Keep in mind driveway fits 1 1/2 cars. Garage is storage. Definitely going to stay again. Dog Friendly 👍

Beautiful stay right by the beach (4 of 5 roads surrounding you lead to beach!). Clare’s place is clean and lovely and the patio w/ the hot tub is even nicer than the photos — great spot to work outdoors. Nearby restaurants are wonderful, as are the little market and the local taco trucks. You’re also only about 10mins from all the great Montecito hikes (hot and cold springs, rattlesnake canyon etc). Highly recommend, we had a perfect month long stay. (light sleeper note: trash days are loud and will likely wake you up around 6:30/7 if you’re a light sleeper)

William was great to work with and we loved the place. Easy walk to the beach and we had the whole beach to ourselves. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

This is perfect for a couple or a family with 2 small children. The kitchen was well equipped if you want to cook but restaurants are within walking distance. The beach is a block away, as well as a grassy park. Would definitely stay here again!

Great host, great location, fun stay. Highly recommended. Jumped on the surfliner Amtrak and took our kids to the Santa Barbara Zoo. Hung out on the beach just down the road from the apartment. Awesome time!

Very comfortable, all the amenities we would want,nice patio to sit & relax, refrigerator with water & ice maker, coffee maker with coffee & creamer provided, microwave, swimming pool, board games, large screen tv. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards provided for use. , Quiet neighborhood & felt very safe. Beach & town very close & walking distance. Look forward to returning in the future.

We stayed here for my husbands birthday and it was absolutely beautiful! We loved the pool and hot tub and the gardens were stunning! Additionally our hosts messaged us with lots of ideas throughout our stay. Highly recommend and definitely plan on returning!!

Loved our stay! Tevis was very warm and helpful. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fire pit! It's a quiet beach that was never crowded and the airbnb was in a very safe community. Would love to go back!

Cozy and immaculately maintained 70’s nautical beach vibes. Extremely friendly and responsive host. A very special place! Two things I did not like: 1. 4pm check-in (3pm more reasonable) 2. 10am checkout! (Should be 11am) These adjustments would be more fair to guests still leave plenty of time for cleaning before the next guests arrive.

The place truly is just steps away from the beach! The beach is not over crowded (it was empty for us!) which was so nice. It’s close to great food and we had a great time enjoying the space both inside the house and outside. Hosts were responsive and helpful.

We had a lovely stay. The host was very helpful and prompt with any questions I had. We saw dolphins off the balcony on several mornings. My family enjoyed the upstairs living room in the evenings as it is warmer than the lower level. There is noise from the PCH which is to be expected. The beds were comfortable, and the house was very clean.

We really enjoyed our stay here!! The house is light and spacious and has literally everything, loved the grill and the lil terrace upstairs for breakfast, the area itself is nice and quite, just one minute walk from the beach and lots of cute walkable places around like park, lots of cute food places and grocery/coffee store 5 minutes down the street! Great place for a small family vacay :)

We had a great time. Our stay was magical! Enjoyed our daughters and grandson there. The meals they cooked in the brand-new kitchen with all new appliances were fantastic. The whole trip was a dream come true. We made memories that will last a lifetime. We are sure to come back to this amazing place. Thank you from the Bonelli family !

This was our first time staying on Silver Strand and we just loved everything about the location. The house is a gem and so close to the water in a quiet neighborhood. The locals were friendly and everything is accessible, the boardwalk, shopping, etc. we had a beach day with family and when it got chilly on the beach we found the backyard to be sunny and warm. We would come back to this beach house in the future!
