The gîte is located on a peaceful 1.8 ha property with 2 goats, a crowing cockerel and 2 hens, a 5,000 m² pond, and an old barn converted into a gîte for 9 people, not overlooked. You will be 5 minutes from the village of Château Chervix, with its 12th-century tower (lit up at night) and village shop. And 30 minutes from Limoges. You will spend your stay in the midst of the valleys of the southern Haute Vienne countryside, an ideal place for relaxation and lovers of the great outdoors. You will have shared access to a private beach by the pond for relaxing, swimming or fishing. You can also take advantage of a large meadow to spend some quality time together. In the surrounding area, there is plenty of walking and cycling. If you go further afield, you can discover places like Oradour-sur-Glane, Périgeux, Collonge-la-Rouge.

To be enjoyed at any time of year. Saint Robert, one of ‘Les Plus Beaux Villages des France’, is only a few mins away or 20 min walk.

Located in an old flour mill, Studio Silhem has an excellent quiet location, just south of Limoges, close to the A20 motorway through central France and walk-able to the train station in St Germain les Belles. Bright & colourful decoration with a warm welcome. Equipped kitchen with gas hob, microwave, kettle, fridge & coffee machine. Ideal for one night stop overs on a long journey to refresh yourselves. We can accommodate all arrival times. Outdoor table & chairs plus bbq available.

Le Mas des Sens - Charming cottage -

Le Mas des Sens is a 60 m² cottage surrounded by nature, just 2 km from the center of the village of Eymoutiers and 15 minutes from the lake and the island of Vassivière. Spread over two levels, it includes a kitchen area, a cozy living room, two bedrooms upstairs, and a bathroom. The cottage is adjacent to our house, with no direct neighbors, and is designed to preserve everyone's peace and quiet. It offers a real bubble of privacy, with its private terraces and its garden facing nature.

In a magical place in the green heart of France, this architecturally built villa is located in a picturesque valley on the edge of the river with plenty of privacy. The house is suitable for 6 people. 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is a "bedstee" with each having its own bathroom. A lovely sitting area with wood-burning stove and a modern equipped kitchen. The glass facade gives a fantastic view over the valley. Baker and grocery store in the village. To relax, this is the place!

Quiet, 1 min from the A20 highway, independent studio in the basement of our house including: washer and dryer, microwave, TV, stove, fridge, coffee maker. Sofa bed (new and comfortable mattress) 160 x 200. On request can be provided free of charge: baby cot, baby sheets and our garage can be used as a storage place if needed. Ideal for short stays or overnight stays on the way to vacation.
