Bright, large, beautiful apartment on the vineyard, 'hyggelig' and modernly furnished. Plenty of wood creates a warm feel-good atmosphere. With 110 square meters on two floors, connected by a beautiful wooden staircase, an open kitchen and two bathrooms, a wonderful place to unwind. Breakfast on the balcony, optionally a vineyard hike with Christoph, who is himself a master winemaker, barbecuing in the garden in the evening, then a sundowner from the winery - is this what you call "paradise"?

The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, a double bed, a dining area, a bathroom with a floor-level shower. 300 m from our apartments you will find our organic winery. Relax on the houseboat. Enjoy the sunshine on the upper deck, watching swans and ships through the panoramic window at breakfast. Conjure up a delicious dinner in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoy a glass of Moselle wine. Beautiful cycling and hiking trails along the Moselle await you! Attention: Boat is located between mid-November and the end of February in the harbor in the first row with Moselle view (see pictures).

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.

Framed in the wine landscape, you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life all year round and enjoy a good glass of wine in the sun.
