Monthly Rentals in Pinellas County

We stayed 4 weeks at Basims condo.. Everything met our expectations. Loved the patio off the bedroom. Many beaches a short drive away. It us very Walkable to alot of amenities and the other people in the same condo were very welcome and friendly

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Peter was a fantastic host. This was our first trip staying with a host and it was one of the best experiences we’ve had! There are a lot of things to do around town, in the neighborhood! Peter was very knowledgeable about what to do. We went fishing nearby in Dunedin, we rode bikes around the block, and had so much fun during the week! You will not find a better host!

Marina is a gracious host. Friendly and communicative, and very responsive. Her place is perfect - well appointed, comfortable, centrally located - it feels like home. I’d definitely stay here again. Thanks, Marina.

Amanda and Steven's home offered a nice respite during my vacation. If you are looking for state-of-the-art, keep looking. If you are looking for a place that is comfortable and cozy and feels like it's giving you a hug, this is the place! Charming space above a garage, the space is clean, roomy, and perfect for a week (or longer!). They left brochures giving tons of recommendations. My trip kept me busy from morning to night, so I was sad I was unable to meet my hosts and their pets. I would absolutely stay here again when I visit in the future.
