I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. It was gorgeous and immaculate. The pictures are great but the place was beyond that. We had the best time . It was so clean and had every amenity. They are definitely Superhosts. If you need to stay in Johnson City stay here. 5 stars

What a lovely place! We enjoyed the comforts of this sweet home. The views from the decks and large windows were quite a treat. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and bedding, and a great assortment of games. Convenient location. Would like to return the next time we visit Beech.

The house was great; there is a small grass hill to walk up and about five stairs to enter the back door, which my 77 year old MIL was able to handle. The space was clean and comfortable, and there were a variety of toiletries provided. Ikey was also very kind and allowed us to stay late after checkout because we were dealing with a flat tire. In all, it was a higher quality stay than I’ve had before in the Tri Cities.

this place is very quaint and quiet. it is everything we need. we stay here every time we come to visit relatives, as long as it's available. very clean and comfortable. we will be back again soon.

This place was just what the Dr. ordered. We visited the area for a long weekend to get in some hiking and visit Johnson City and ETSU. This was by far the best "pet friendly" rental we have ever stayed at. The fenced in dog run was awesome for our two dogs and so convenient to the master suite. The rental itself was so clean you wouldn't have even thought it allowed pets. The 3br/2bth set up was perfect for our family of 4 (inc. 2 teenagers). The best part about this place is the rushing creek/little river right in front of the house. Morning coffee just feels elevated sitting next to the water. There is a great waterfall hike just 10min from the house (Laurel Falls). Make sure you stop by the Appalachian Coffee Cupboard afterwards for a coffee shake. All in all, if either of our kids attends ETSU, this will be our permanent basecamp when visiting.

Melissa’s place was amazing. It has everything you need for a stay. It’s a nice, cosy place in the city of Bristol. 7 min drive to the city’s downtown. We were a group of 9 friends from DC, came for a hike to Devil’s bath tub. Best thing about the home is the backyard area with a patio to sit and enjoy your time. Backyard is big enough for group to have a 4-a-side soccer match. 🤪 We had the best time of the year. I will book the same place again when come back. Melissa is a great host. We are very thankful for her support.

We rented this house for our family to stay for my daughter’s graduation. We were all able to stay together and enjoy one another’s company. So much better than a hotel! The pool was not open for the season yet but it wasn’t really warm enough anyways. Plenty of bedrooms and beds. Linens were fresh and also plentiful. We loved seeing all the deer. The only negative was driving the narrow roads in the dark. They made me nervous because I was unfamiliar with the area and it was very dark with a high likelihood of deer. Of course definitely not the fault of the host.

We had a wonderful stay at Matt’s cabin! The cabin was clean, cozy, and perfectly suited for our getaway. Matt was fantastic at communicating, he responded quickly and provided great recommendations about the area, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We’d definitely stay here again. Thanks, Matt!

Our stay at The Summit at Peaceful Peak was wonderful! Jennifer & Travis are amazing hosts! Extremely friendly & inviting. They even welcomed us with music playing when we walked in. Super cool! Maple & Phoenix are an added pleasure! The view of the mountains is beautiful. The house is immaculate! There isn’t one accommodation you can think of that the house doesn’t already provide. The kitchen is a chef’s dream! We enjoyed the pool & hot tub. Giant Jenga was fun, too! And, seeing the wildlife while we were there reminded us of home. We had an amazing weekend here & the kids have requested this be our permanent TN retreat! We absolutely recommend Peaceful Peak & hope to return soon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is my 4th time staying at Tonyia’s cabin for work! It was sparkling clean as usual! They have everything you need with kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, etc. The location is the best in the area. Land Harbor is absolutely beautiful this time of year. They have SO many amenities and it’s beautiful to drive around and hike around the trails and parks in the area. The trees, flowers, and nature are beautiful! It’s a must stay cabin!

Just back from our granddaughter’s graduation from ETSU and all we have to say is - Just a wonderful experience! We would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking for a relaxing space for the family to get together and enjoy each other. The amenities were spot on. Fully furnished kitchen made our in home dining experience a breeze. The whole decor was just amazing! We loved the comfortable feel throughout the home. The indoor heated pool was a big hit with our grandchildren. My wife loved the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. All of the bedrooms had amazing comfortable bedding. The private outdoor setting with wrap around porch with plenty of rocking chairs and a beautiful view made for a relaxing evening of great fellowship. Overall everything with this home was over the top and we loved our experience. Our only regret was that we only got to spend three days here. Next time we are booking a week and truly enjoying all it has to offer.

This place surpassed our expectations! It was cozy, comfortable and we felt right at home due to our host’s warm hospitality. They went above and beyond! The pool area is beautiful and the furniture is so comfortable. The views are spectacular!!! We loved watching the chickens and enjoyed the farm fresh eggs. We also loved watching the horses in surrounding fields, the family’s horse, Lily, and donkey, Lucy. The flower garden was so beautiful. When I expressed how much I loved the hydrangeas and double pink chiffon Rose of Sharon, the hosts readily offered to let me take some cuttings with me. I also was allowed to cut some fresh flowers and lemon Basil. I was just so happy with the entire family farm experience…so relaxing and a breath of fresh air! My first Airbnb experience; but, certainly not my last if I travel again. So much better than a hotel! I honestly want to visit here again!! So thankful for this experience!! Thank you so much for everything!!!

We stay at many Airbnbs and this one is my favorite. The location is great, but what makes it our favorite is Molly's hosting talent. She equips the house the way she would want it herself to enjoy time with family, including children. We like to cook and have local family over. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you would need to make a dinner and bake goodies. Our 11-year old nephew came to visit and loved all the toys. Molly's special touch of fresh eggs from her farm is a one-of-a-kind great experience.

Great little place near Johnson City and our family had a good stay over the weekend. Beds were comfortable and extra pillows and bedding was available. Bathroom has a nice little vanity with lighted mirror. The kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied and clean. Vivian kept the few kitchen supplies ready that we had requested ahead of time. We were able to cook and enjoy a couple of meals. Balcony was nice to relax and our pup was happy to be there with us.

Michael's cabin is adorable. The river is right off the back deck. My husband caught a fish! Michael was extremely prompt at answering questions. my dogs loved playing outside and the Appalachian Trail is within walking distance from the cabin. The local neighborhood dog, Jake was very friendly and came with us on all of our walks. Michael left a bottle of wine, candy, and bottled water for us - much appreciated! The cabin had all we needed and the bed was very comfortable :) We've already recommended the cabin to friends.

The cabin is even more beautiful than the photos convey. Very private and peaceful. Well stocked coffee / tea bar. Well stocked bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. An absolutely gorgeous place to get away and unwind.

My stay was fabulous. the place is super clean and feels so private. i felt totally safe in the neighborhood/surrounding areas. i had to work mornings remote and wifi is great. no issues with video calls and working. super cozy place and Rich &Coco were very responsive and communicated on a few tips getting there. loved the place and would not only stay again but highly recommend to anyone. its number 1 on my list of stays! thank you both.

We loved our stay in this beautiful cabin. It is beautifully furnished, spotless, and Brenda is an exceptional host who has thought of everything. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for beautiful amenities, peace and quiet, and a responsive host!

The house was exactly as described. Perfectly clean and had all the essentials. Tammy thought of everything. The front porch and back deck area are perfect for relaxing. Can't say enough about it. I would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again if ever in the area!
