Waterfront holiday rentals in Piney Flats, Sullivan County

The condo was quiet, clean, the hosts responded immediately to any questions I had and the view was beautiful! Would definitely stay here again!

Eric’s place was the perfect getaway to get to know the area! The condo is located on the water, no water views but easy access to the water and boat dock. We brought a kayak and it was easy to use the dock to put in and explore the lake! The place was clean, comfortable and provided all the basic needs! Would highly recommend!!

A great location with almost immediate access to skiing and hiking trails! We didn’t use the amenities while there but did see many families enjoying them. A 15 minute ride to Boone and all that area offers was a plus. This was a quiet, corner location with a soothing view of a pond on the grounds out all of the windows. A good sized space to wind down after a full day of adventures!

We enjoyed our stay! The space was very clean and the location was wonderful. The view from the deck was beautiful. Another plus is that we were able to pull our pontoon on the shore and leave it for the weekend. Kayla was a phenomenal host - very friendly, welcoming, helpful and responsive! Would recommend!

Great place for a visit to Sugar Mountain! I took my son and we had a blast. This place is really close to the mountain and everything g in Banner Elk! The place was very clean and had everything g we needed! I highly recommend!

Great apartment! Once you walk up a flight of stairs, you follow the hallway to an open kitchen/living space. It was beautiful!!! There are two separate bedrooms. Comfortable!! The bathroom was clean. The location is great-close enough to activities and far enough away to enjoy the peacefulness.

We loved our quiet nights on the river with Kerry. She is a safe warm and super friendly host with the most picaresque mountain homestead. The space is cozy, comfy and clean.

We had a great stay!! Everything was just as described! Perfect distance to sugar and beech for skiing! We hope to be back soon!

Peaceful location and property

Leila’s place was perfect for a weekend in Damascus. The location was super walkable to town and an easy drive to surrounding hikes, etc. We picked the place largely due to the fenced yard so we could bring our dog. The fence was super secure and our dog loved running around in the yard.

The view of the lake from the living room is one of the best in LandHarbor. The house is very well equipped - everything you need to enjoy, cook, a covered patio, and comfortable beds. I will be back again!

We loved our stay at Granny’s place! It was a cute little house with a bunch of nick nacks inside. The river in front of the house was so fun to play in! The host was super responsive and easy to work with. Thanks so much for letting us stay!

This was our fifth time at Riversong Retreat. The home and surroundings are beautiful with the river and Creeper Trail right in the backyard. David and Sharlene are lovely, helpful hosts. We are already looking forward to our next trip!

Another great Winter stay at Got Rocks! We’ve stayed here many times before and we’ve always enjoyed the proximity to the things we enjoy nearby such as skiing, wineries, groceries, restaurants, etc. there is lots of space to spread out, and everything we needed in the kitchen to make meals whenever we wanted. Renee's place was a gorgeous haven in Johnson City during our time at the National Storytelling Festival--the home away from home, with a stunning lake, exactly what we needed. Everything was exactly as advertised, only a 20 minute winding drive from Jonesborough, but you never wanted to leave when you saw the sun meet the horizon and reflect across that glassy water. Thanks so much, Renee, we had such a wonderful time revisiting Appalachia.

This home was perfect for a visit to the tri-cities area. It was so welcoming and every little detail was clearly carefully considered for the comfort of guests. Even the check-out requirements were exceedingly reasonable and not the least difficult or burdensome. This Boone Lake neighborhood is off the main road enough to feel secluded but close enough to make traveling to anywhere in the area convenient. We had a terrific, though short, visit and would definitely want to stay again on our next visit. One of the best Airbnb's we have visited - I would (and did to friends in the area) highly recommend.

Spacious townhouse with plenty of the basic supplies. Beds are comfortable. Place is exactly as shown in the photos. We would stay here again.

Eric’s place was everything and more! My friend recently moved the area and it was our first time there. Center to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Easy access to restaurants and stores. My mom and I loved that we each had our own bathroom and the beds were extremely comfortable. I’ve been to a lot of Airbnbs and this one was a favorite! My only suggestions is to have throw blankets downstairs and our showers weren’t the warmest.

Had a fantastic time and being with in walking distance of everything is very helpful especially during the high traffic times of the day.

My stay at the 4BR Villa in Banner Elk was absolutely delightful! The villa was spacious, beautifully furnished, and offered all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It was the perfect getaway spot for relaxation and enjoying the beauty of the mountains. Would highly recommend it for families or groups looking for a luxurious and peaceful retreat!
