The rooms are located on the first floor while kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. Garden, entrance, and stairs are shared with the other accommodation "Teresa", but rooms, bathrooms, and a kitchen are for private use. Part of the house is occupied by the host.

The accommodation, about 60 sqm, consists of 3 large rooms: a double bedroom that opens onto the balcony overlooking the garden, a living room with kitchen and panoramic window, a bathroom.
