A charming place all in stone and wood, full of sunlinght, situated in the neighbourhood of the beautiful Church of Saint Rocco. You can admire the old arhitecture astoundingly compressed in small places, eat in some of the best restaurants of Piran two steps away or be at the seaside in one minute. There is also the possibility to catch the sun in front of the terrace door. The place is fully renovated in natural stone from slovenian Karst and wood from the region of Julian Alps.

Piran is so charming, but not suitable for spoiled people. You will get fit during your holidays (44 steps to the top of the house). :) All guests say that the place is small, but very well organised. Perfect for a couple. With your private terrace where you can set a private beach. :) Everything you need is only steps away.

Our house is a perfect choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life. The accommodation is part of the family tourist farm "Pod staro figo/Under the Old Fig Tree". It is located in the authentic Istrian village of Gažon which is situated on a hilltop above the coastal towns of Koper and Izola. It has only a few tourist capacities, so it remains still a normal living village. The village is surrounded by vineyards and olive orchards.

Bed sheets and towels are included. Free WiFi . 1 min walk from beach. You can find a shop with all you need around the corner or visit colourful market, bakery & good restaurants within 5 min. The House is near bus station. NO PARKING!!!
