She belongs to our daughter, who has decided to move to the center of Klagenfurts and thus the apartment is available for guests. The apartment is 100 square meters, 1 bedroom, a large kitchen-living room with open living room and an idyllic 15 sqm terrace. In 15 minutes you are at Klopeinersee, the warmest swimming lake in Austria. In 20 minutes at Lake Wörthersee, landmark Klagenfurt.

In der Nähe der wunderschönen Burg Hochosterwitz steht unser liebevoll renoviertes Haus. Der Außenbereich wird gerade fertiggestellt. Rund um unser ruhiges Dörfchen St. Sebastian (Kärnten) laden viele Strecken und Wege zum Wandern auf den benachbarten Magdalensberg oder den Christofberg ein. Die Burg Hochosterwitz ist zu Fuß oder per Rad gut erreichbar. Mit dem Auto ist man in nur 10 Min. in der Bezirkshauptstadt St. Veit an der Glan oder in 20 Min. in der Landeshauptstadt Klagenfurt.

In a medieval house in the old town of Völkermarkt, the apartment is on the 2nd floor with views over the rooftops, the main square and into the green courtyard. The old walls and the beautiful wooden components have been lovingly restored. In order to preserve the historical character, we used natural building materials. The vaulted ceilings and the romantic wooden stairs are special. The low doors as well as the uneven walls and floors give the apartment its special charm.
