We rent this beautiful apartment, which is located in a detached house on the outskirts of the city of Klagenfurt. She belongs to our daughter, who has decided to move to the center of Klagenfurts and thus the apartment is available for guests. The apartment is 100 square meters, 1 bedroom, a large kitchen-living room with open living room and an idyllic 15 sqm terrace. In 15 minutes you are at Klopeinersee, the warmest swimming lake in Austria. In 20 minutes at Lake Wörthersee, landmark Klagenfurt.

Vacation home in St. Sebastian

In der Nähe der wunderschönen Burg Hochosterwitz steht unser liebevoll renoviertes Haus. Der Außenbereich wird gerade fertiggestellt. Rund um unser ruhiges Dörfchen St. Sebastian (Kärnten) laden viele Strecken und Wege zum Wandern auf den benachbarten Magdalensberg oder den Christofberg ein. Die Burg Hochosterwitz ist zu Fuß oder per Rad gut erreichbar. Mit dem Auto ist man in nur 10 Min. in der Bezirkshauptstadt St. Veit an der Glan oder in 20 Min. in der Landeshauptstadt Klagenfurt.

In a medieval house in the old town of Völkermarkt, the apartment is on the 2nd floor with views over the rooftops, the main square and into the green courtyard. The old walls and the beautiful wooden components have been lovingly restored. In order to preserve the historical character, we used natural building materials. The vaulted ceilings and the romantic wooden stairs are special. The low doors as well as the uneven walls and floors give the apartment its special charm.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).
