Apartament jest super - bardzo czysty, nowoczesny, dobrze wyposażony. Na powitanie czekały na nas owoce, słodycze i napoje, to było bardzo miłe zaskoczenie! Miejscowość jest urocza, mieszkańcy bardzo przyjaźni. Polecam!

Ho trascorso 3 giorni bellissimi a Policoro in casa della Signora Margherita. Host davvero gentile, pronta a venire incontro a tutte le mie esigenze . In particolare è stato chiesto alla Signora Margherita una gentilezza di cui non faccio menzione per privacy. La stessa è venuta incontro a quanto richiesto senza battere ciglio. Signora molto empatica e molto disponibile. Che dire poi del signor Mimmo che ci ha accolti come se ci conoscessimo da sempre. Il Signor Mimmo ci ha fatto trova l'appartamento in maniera impeccabile. Durante il soggiorno ci ha offerto due cesti di frutta biologica probabilmente della sua terra. Buonissime le pesche e buonissime le albicocche. Ci ha anche offerto una bottiglia di vino delle sue vigne...che spettacolo. La posizione dell'appartamento è proprio al centro ed è dotato di tutti i comfort. Sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Policoro, tornerò in questo appartamento. CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Avevo già prenotato qualche tempo fa l'appartamento per i miei genitori, che si erano trovati molto bene. Questa volta ho avuto l'opportunità di soggiornarvi personalmente insieme alle mie sorelle e alla mia ragazza, e posso confermare l'ottima impressione che avevano avuto i miei genitori. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole, e la posizione è perfetta: vista magnifica e un luogo tranquillo e rilassante. Super raccomandato!

Great location easy walk into the town center. We enjoyed the stay. The hosts were very helpful.

We stayed in Nico's beautiful apartment for 5 days and used it as a perfect base to explore not only Matera but also other nearby tourist gems like Alberobello. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the entrance of the Sassi and conveniently close to a multi-storey car park. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, with a fully functional kitchen. The quiet location, combined with blackout blinds in the bedrooms, made for an exceptionally peaceful night’s sleep. Communication in English was excellent and our arrival was well coordinated. Highly recommend "Le Ferule" for anyone wanting a comfortable, well-located place to stay while exploring Matera and the surrounding area!

Logement très propre, spacieux et fonctionnel. Plusieurs magasins et une station service a proximité, et bon emplacement pour découvrir les Pouilles (voiture nécessaire!). Domenico est très sympa, de bon conseil et accueillant malgré notre arrivée tardif.

Un logement avec une vue superbe. Au coeur meme de Matera. Un vrai plaisir de pouvoir se promener à n'importe quelle heure dans cette magnifique ville

Siamo stati ospiti della proff Filomena nella primavera che sboccia. La sua casa è immersa in un piccolo parco recintato in cui convivono alti pioppi e alberi da frutto. Magnifiche giornate soleggiate ci hanno accompagnato alla scoperta del Parco e un caldo focherello ci accoglieva ristoratore al rientro, insieme alle leccornie che la nostra host ci aveva lasciato nel più puro spirito di ospitalità. L’atmosfera è magica! La nostra cagnolona Cora, ammaliata, ha apprezzato i croccantini lasciati per lei e si è goduta una grande libertà protetta! La casa è perfettamente attrezzata sia per soggiorni brevi che lunghi. Pulitissima e super accogliente. La posizione è invidiabile sotto ogni aspetto e la conoscenza del territorio di Filomena ci hanno fatto godere al massimo quel poco tempo che avevamo preventivato, ma abbiamo già prenotato per il viaggio di ritorno per un soggiorno più lungo. Filomena ci ha offerto davvero un mondo incantato e ricco di affettività! Grazie e a presto!

Een prachtig ruim huis met overdekte buitenruimte midden in de kersen- en olijfboomgaard op ongeveer 50 meter van de weg. Leonardo en zijn vrouw Giovanna legden ons via Google Translate alles goed uit. Giovanna had voor crackers, jam, olijfolie, koffie, zout en veel fruit gezorgd. In de kersenboomgaard konden kersen geplukt worden. De laatste avond zorgden Leonardo en Giovanna voor een heerlijke uitgebreide barbecue!

Vittoria est une hôtel exceptionnelle. Elle a pris le temps de nous rencontré, de nous expliqué le fonctionnement de tous les appareils et de nos donner des suggestions de restaurants et activités. Le logement est impeccable, très bien éclairé et la vue des Sassi exceptionnel. Pour notre départ, son conjoint, très gentil, est venu nous conduire a la gare de bus sans frais. Ça fait plusieurs années que nous louons des appartements avec AirBnb et celui-ci est sans aucun doute le plus bel endroit ou nous avons demeurer. Merci Vittoria nous reviendrons assurément… xoxo

숙소 위치가 두오모 바로 옆이어서 마테라를 걸어서 돌아다니기에 완벽했습니다. Patrizia가 시외버스정거장에서부터 택시를 예약해줘서 편하게 올 수 있었고 항상 빠르게 답변하고 요청 사항도 잘 들어주었습니다. 사진에서 본거처럼 집이 예쁘고 아늑해서 좋았어요! 마테라에 3박도 모자르네요 다시 오고 싶어요!

Très bon séjour en famille, le logement est très agréable et bien équipé, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la grande terrasse privée au calme au millieu des champs d'oliviers. La localisation permet de rejoindre facilement, en 15 minutes en voiture, les principaux lieux à visiter dans la région (Monopoli, Alberobello, ect.)

Très bel appartement moderne et confortable, idéalement situé pour visiter la vallée d'Itria mais aussi Matera, Polignano a Mare, Monopoli... Marilù est vraiment de très bon conseil et une hôte très prévenante. La seule petite remarque que j'aurais à formuler concerne les équipements pour le petit déjeuner. Une machine à dosettes pour le café et une bouilloire seraient les bienvenus. Malgré votre gentillesse à offrir les cafés dans un bar, si je loue un logement c'est pour y être comme chez moi, pas envie de sortir dès le levé du lit. Mais la cafetière italienne a bien fonctionné. Si je devais revenir dans la région je reviendrais chez Marilù.

We throughly enjoyed our time at Filippo and Carmela’s studio . We used Castelanetta as a base to explore all the beautiful places around the Puglia/Basilicata region. The studio was a great place to ‘come home to’ after a busy day sightseeing. Carmela and Filippo were very welcoming and even invited us to watch a street procession of one of their church celebrations, which was lovely of them🙏

Appartemment très bien situé. Grand et conforme aux photos. Giuseppe est reactif et arrangeant. Seul un feu de la petite gazinière fonctionne. Cest suffisant pour faire de la petite cuisine.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia nell'appartamento di Laura. L'alloggio è curato, confortevole e grande, i letti molto comodi. Un ringraziamento al Sig. Angelo, co host e papà di Laura che ci ha accolti con cortesia e gentilezza facendoci trovare anche un gradito pensiero. Se capiterà l'occasione torneremo. Grazie

The Trullo is located in a quiet, peaceful setting about 10 minutes from Alberobello. It was a good base to visit surrounding towns. It is 2 separate apartments each with their own kitchen and bathroom. We were 2 single women travelling so we each had our own space. There was a selection of breakfast items and a coffee machine so that we could begin our mornings You absolutely need a car. There is only one restaurant in the small town of Coreggia. Reservations are recommended. The restaurant is closed Tuesday. I recommend getting a few groceries to have in your fridge. Lucia was a great, generous and accomodating host! Due to illness, we had to delay our arrival by 4 days. There happened to still be availability beyond our original booking date. We were able to extend the reservation, without being charged for the extra days. I can't thank Lucia enough! Lei è stata gentilissima!!!

Ce fut un plaisir de séjourner chez Salvatore car non seulement le logement correspondait parfaitement à la description avec une climatisation silencieuse dans la chambre, non négligeable mais notre hôte s'est montré prévenant et a une vraie source d'information sur les lieux incontournables à voir dans la province de Tarente (restaurants, plages...) Merci à lui. Nous n'oublierons pas ce séjour à Ginosa !😍

Alloggiare da Maddalena è stato fantastico, ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati. Casa ordinatissima e pulitissima in una posizione strategica sia per vivere la vita di Matera che per visitare i sassi e le varie attrazioni del luogo. Maddalena con le sue indicazioni è stata preziosa permettendoci di vivere un soggiorno all’insegna del relax, della buona cucina e della cultura. Torneremo sicuramente!

Excellent séjour, l’hôte a été très accueillant l’appartement conforme et très propre. Nous avions aussi à disposition du café de l’eau, un en cas … Merci beaucoup et à bientôt j’espère ☺️

I stayed at Anastasia's place for over a month while traveling and working remotely. The apartment is bright, spacious and modern, with excellent internet connection that is more than suitable for work. Extra towels, linen and plenty of utensils were provided. The extra room with a desk makes for a great office, however the office chair that is visible in the pictures was not available. Additionally, the large TV in the kitchen/living room is replaced with a smaller one. The apartment is on the top floor of a residential building and features a small yet decently fast elevator. Parking situation around the apartment is a bit challenging and you might have to spend anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes looking for a free parking spot, often with some additional walking required to get back to the apartment. With that in mind, I'd say it's still a very good place to stay if you're in the area and I would recommend it without hesitation.
