Very well maintained, equipped and clean apartment. Lidia was very helpful in providing all the useful information, in a very precise manner and in a very short time. Perfect location to visit the city.

Andrea's apartment is very nice and comfortable. It corresponds 100% to the description and images. Andrea is an available host, super fast to respond and solve any need.

We've stayed in many nice AirBnbs, but few have truly made us feel as comfortable and at home as this place did. Very easy walk to the main piazza with shopping and cafes. 6 min walk from a lovely park with a weekly farmer's market. Food and coffee on the same block, and near a large grocery store. Nice desk/work space, good air conditioning. One thing to note is you have to climb four flights of stairs and there's no elevator. Also, the couch is small for 2 people. Still, we would stay here again.

After a 20 minute walk through town from the railway station, you must ignore the fenced off demolition site opposite Via del Ceppo - the back balcony makes up for this with views over a garden, roof tops and the duomo bell tower. 44 steps to the top floor and this bright, airy apartment. There's a nice dining area with a shuttered window to peep out onto the little balcony (table and two chairs, perfect for breakfast with the sun all morning). Lots of wardrobe and drawer space in the bedroom and a comfy sofa in the sitting area which has doors opening to the balcony again . The tiny sit-down bath is a novelty! Everywhere was nice and clean. Conad supermarket is a 15 min walk - same route from the station ad it's well-stocked. There's fruit and veg market stalls in a nearby piazza together with butchers, bakery and cheese, lovely restaurants and icecream. Only negative is occasional noisy refurbishment work from apartment next door - obviously out of Silvia's control.
