This house is located very close to most things you need such as restaurants, grocery stores, bakery, bathhouse and some small shops. By bus, car or bicycle you can get to the center of Piteå very easy. Only a stone's throw away there is the historically part of the church and the old church town. Within 350 meters there is a restaurant called Paltzerian were you can find the famous Palt which is a local delicacy. Välkommen till vår mysiga farfarsstuga som ligger på vackra Hållgården i natursköna Hemmingsmark, cirka två mil från Piteå C. Här kan man koppla av i klassisk miljö på vår norrbottensgård, besöka närbelägna sjöar och skog, och läsa. På gården finns grillplats och ytor för barn att leka. Husdjur är välkomna och på gården finns tre hundar. Stugan har WiFi, och det finns tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det finns även ett fullt utrustat kök. TV:n har Chromecast, DVD och Play Station 3.
