Amazing location. Very clean. High quality furniture. Nice mattresses/bedrooms. Updated appliances. Perfect for ATVers/utv/snowmobiles. Right on trail system. Close gas station. Private. Plenty of room for trucks/trailers. 10/10 would recommend .

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au Wood Loft, l'espace est charmant et bien situé. À mi-chemin entre toutes les destinations que nous voulions voir (Sherbrooke, Mont Orford, Magog), il était très simple d'aller chercher un ingrédient oublié à l'épicerie du coin. Un endroit idéal comme point de repos avant une randonnée ou un promenade a vélo.

Our stay was great. Russell was in constant contact with us. he made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be renting from. him again!!

Second time I’ve rented this home. My friends and I all agree that this is our favorite place to rent. Beautiful home, very spacious and located in such a great spot. Trail access is right in the driveway and the home offers much privacy. All the essentials you need for a weekend bike trip. We already can’t wait to book next year!

Excellent accommodations for snowmobile enthusiasts! We had a great stay, Stacy and her husband Dale were excellent hosts. Would definitely stay there again!!

We had an amazing stay at this cozy house while snowmobiling in the area! The location was perfect, house is on the trails, making it easy for us to hit the trails first thing in the morning. The house itself was exactly what we needed – warm, inviting, and fully stocked with everything we could ask for after a long day on the snow. The kitchen had all the essentials, the living room was perfect for relaxing, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The boiler room was even a nice place to dry out gear! The host was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great base for winter adventures!

Daniel's place was wonderful. It was right across the lake with public access, quiet, and perfect for a group of 10! Lots of space, very clean, the kitchen had everything you could ask for for cooking and preparing a meal. It had two decks to enjoy the weather, a grill and fire pitt. Daniel was very responsive with any questions I had, great host! Would go back again!

Le logement est très bien situé en plein centre ville de Sherbrooke avec un accès facile à tous les commerces et à toutes les lignes de bus. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par l'espace qu'offre ce logement, ainsi que par l'équipement (deux TV géantes, machine à café, machines à laver...). Excellente communication avec Sylvain pour l'entrée. Un des meilleurs rapports qualité-prix de la ville.

Le logement est charmant, confortable et magnifique. Aménagement avec goût et charme, tout y est sans superflu, ça rend le séjour paisible et apaisant. Le confort du lit est un coup de cœur, la tranquillité des lieux, le café Nespresso et le réveil au chant des oiseaux également. Fanny était disponible rapidement par message, l’arrivée est simple et flexible. J’ai tout aimé.

J’ai vrm aimé mon séjour chez claire le studio était très propre. Claire est très gentille et agréable elle nous a bcp aidé quand on avait du mal à ouvrir les porte

This was just a lovely little gem we found on our way home south (back to the states.) It is a basement area, but it was so spacious and had everything we needed. Beautiful and functional bathroom and comfortable bedroom & bed. (Included coffee and cream always gets an A+ from me.) Big TV with comfy couch.. Even a space to exercise! How can you ask for more? Side note: we heard "regular" noises (like walking around) but nothing that bothered us. Highly recommend!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything about this Airbnb was top-notch—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location truly couldn’t be better—close to everything. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

This was our second day with Colleen. We were more than pleased. In our estimation, because we have stayed near Burke Mountain more than a few times, Colleen‘s place was by far the best place we have ever been to. We have already rescheduled visit number three. I really don’t think I can say enough to do it justice.

The condo was clean and clutter free. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size and well appointed. Josh was very responsive.

Garret was a great host. Clear details on the area and clear instructions on check in and check out. It was so comfortable and my toddler enjoyed crawling around, it was so clean and easy to access materials. WiFi was accessible and worked pretty well. Great communication he checked up on us while we were there. We definitely felt at home.

Easy quick getaway for ski/snowboard trip

I love this place, pick it always when available, great localization and fits my needs when traveling to Sherbrooke.

Nice quiet location. Great view! Loved having a full kitchen.

Will was a great host before and during our stay. He communicated well with me ahead of time with simple and easy to follow directions to (and instructions for) his place. Will’s condo was perfect for our family of four (children aged 9 and 3). We came up for Spring skiing and enjoyed the annual end of season Pond Skim and festivities in South Ridge which was easy walking/skiing distance from his place. It was great to be able to ski home for lunch and to have a break in the middle of the day. The grounds at Fall Line were awesome as well: our kids loved the common room, games, the pool, and the snow out the back door where they played on a sled. Very comfortable, clean and perfect spot for our first, but not last, visit to Sunday River. Thanks Will.
