It is part of a larger property with two more cottages so the pool area is shared but each cottage has its own outdoor space. Plenty of parking area. Property is enclosed and secured. Very well connected with a bus stop just 1min by foot and only 7 min to palma centre and 5min to closest beach by bus. There is a pharmacy, plenty of local restaurants and a little shop for buying groceries open every day, just walking distance from the house.
