Complete kitchen and bathroom with all appliances, heating, cooling etc. Close to public transport for access to Palma, Calvia, beaches and shopping but in a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by nature. The studio is a guest house, an independent unit with its own front door, but access to the property is shared with the family home. Use of the pool, gardens, BBQ area, garage is shared with the family in the main house.
