Holiday rentals with beach access in Pla de Mallorca

Spacious, centrally located and a great affordable find in a high end destination such as Deia. Several large rooms in a classic Spanish style over two floors with a balcony, with everything you need to be comfortable. Great views of the town, mountains and even the sea. Near to bus stops and we were really impressed with the island bus service which met all of our travel needs - much easier than driving/parking. Kitchen was great for snacks and drinks. With loads of restaurants and bars nearby, we didn't bother with cooking. A very minor drawback, outside the hosts' control, was the location is on a busy corner of the road with lots of daytime traffic and footfall. Although you can hear beautiful live classical music in the evenings, there were also a few noisy wedding discos. Quiet on a night and able to sleep fine. Thanks for the bottle of wine.

Everything was very good. We had a problem with the washing machine, Miguel was pending at all times until the problem was resolved. The house is very nice, beautiful view. Highly recommended

Very quiet location. Side sea view. There was always a parking space available in front of the door. On the large balcony, we could relax wonderfully, but we were also quickly on the beach. Chilled drinks were ready in the refrigerator when we arrived. There is an elevator in the house. The communication was great, the owner speaks fluent German. WLAN ran great, German television is possible but who wants that when you can look at the sea. I'd love to come back.

Excellent Stay - Highly Recommend! Our host was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. The apartment was very comfortable with all the amenities we needed, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Communication with our host was seamless from start to finish. They provided us with detailed guides and recommendations that really enhanced our trip. Their friendly and helpful nature made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had a great time and would recommend this flat and Miguel as a host. A nice location just at the beach with kitesurfing opportunities directly at your house. Very quiet, which is a big advantage of being located a bit outside the area of Alcúdia (so a car or bicycle is recommended to make most of the gorgeous surroundings). We loved this place as a starting point for cycling as well. The flat is as beautiful as on the pictures seen already. We’d love to come back one day!

Lovely neighborhood. And wonderful base for exploring north side of the island. Restaurant tips were great, too. We would happily stay there again.

It is a beautiful accommodation, which is quietly located and yet everything in the village can be easily reached on foot. In 5 minutes you are in the harbor where there is also the possibility to go swimming. Everything you need is available in the apartment, we felt very comfortable.

Our stay was incredible. We had everything we could possibly need and were pleased to find the house with more space than expected. The location can not be described. Peaceful. Views i couldn't imagine right from the balcony. Gloria had quick and friendly communication throughout. Close to hikes and ocean. Will stand out as the most magical stay in all of our travels. Highly highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful time at the house - everything was very clean and as described. The size is perfect for 4 people. The pool is exceptionally clean and very refreshing! Cati is a great and charming host. We would love to come back!

Had a lovely stay with 3 girl friends. The beach was so close and it was beautiful to wake up and walk there under 5 minutes every day. The hosts were great in answering any questions we had. Highly recommend.

Sanam was an amazing host. The place was very well setup with lots of love and care. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy well equipped home. She had snacks and water kept for us, which is such a kind gesture. The only con I would say is, it was a bit expensive. All amenities worked very well - the air conditioning, hot water, etc.

Beautiful home right on the water! Great location, close to hiking and beaches. The house has many bikes and water toys which can be enjoyed by the guests. The host was extremely responsive. Would highly recommend !

Felt right at home! The house is well decorated and stoked and very peaceful! It was wonderful waking up and either going to look at the ocean or a swim at the Cala! Isabelle was very attentive yet easy going! Great location for a quick drive to other cala’s or smaller towns!

Carmen’s House was amazing. We really had fun staying and the interiors were stunning. Would recommend her place to anyone because the location is so close to the pretty beaches in the island. We would definitely come back again and stay longer next time :).

Miquel and Rosa's house wouldn't be as good if they weren't the owners. They were kind enough to wait for us even when we arrived late due to a flight delay. They were cordial and left many things in our reception. The house was sparkling clean (I don't think we've ever been to such a clean Airbnb). It is comfortable and spacious for a family (we were 4 adults and two small children). With respect to the location, it is comfortable for walking to the downtown area of Can Picafort, and 3 minutes walk from the beach. If you move around the island like we do, it is 200 meters from the road that takes you to many other places in Mallorca. You can park at the door (at least during June, I don't know what it will be like in high season). We will definitely return and strongly recommend this accommodation. Everything was perfect! Gorgeous apartment with quality furnishings, super comfy bed, a lovely balcony and two bathrooms. The pool was great for hanging with lots of sunloungers and a gorgeous beach a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location with a fantastic view. Airbnb is exactly as it looks in the photos. The balcony is great and somehow has some shade all day long, making it easy to enjoy the views without getting roasted by the sun. Beautiful beach right outside the door, and the Airbnb has two beach loungers and umbrellas. Perfect for front row enjoyment of the crystal clear water! Irina was very responsive. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. Kitchen has all the dishes you could want, plus new appliances. The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable. The sofa bed in the bedroom has a dip in the mattress, so not as comfortable. I would stay here again.

We chose this lovely place for the second time because of the great location, the great terrace and proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. Toni welcomed us very hospitably, was always available and above all it made it possible for us to check in much earlier. We will be back for sure, provided that the apartment becomes available. We can recommend the property to everyone!

We had a nice 4 night stay here. The beach is an easy 15-20 minute walk on flat ground. Lots of souvenir shops and restaurants in the area. Lots of free parking around the apartment. Really nice pool. Quiet and peaceful. Nothing to complain about

The room was just as beautiful as in the pictures and in a central location, so everything was within walking distance. We felt very comfortable.

This place is just beautiful! The sea view from the balcony or rooftop terrace is breathtaking! The apartment is in the heart of the village and both on the beach. That's really great:-) There is a stockroom with many beach games, umbrellas, 2 good quality inflatable paddles and several bikes. In addition, the host provided beach throws. They've thought of everything! There are two small groceries/walking in the village. So it's possible to find everything for cooking, but a detour to the nearby Antrax village is definitely worth it for more choices and better prices. (Euroski market).
