Easy parking + bike storage. 500 m from the beach. 950 m from the market. 1.4 km from the train station and 1.3 km from Avenue de Gaulle. PS: mattress topper for more comfort and due to some negative feedback on the initial mattress, put in place since July 30, 2024.

Small villa in the center of La Baule, but quiet because it is set back from a small street. You have your private parking and everything is within walking distance: market (every day, except Monday in winter), shops and beaches. The house is on one level with a small garden . The beds are made for your arrival , the towels are there , all you have to do is unpack your luggage and enjoy!
