Our villa offers a spacious living room with 4 plush leather sofas arranged around the fireplace, creating a cozy gathering space. The open kitchen, with its marble countertops and large fridge, is fully equipped for your self-catered holidays, and the dining table comfortably seats all guests. Step out from the living room onto the 60m² terrace, featuring a large corner lounge, outdoor dining table, and hammocks—perfect for relaxing in the fresh air. On the same floor, you’ll find 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The first floor is an entertainment haven, boasting a big smart TV with game consoles and DVDs, a pool table, and table soccer. The balcony offers stunning views of the beach, golf course, and pool area. An additional 3 bedrooms are also located on this floor. The heated pool, maintained at 28°C, measures 13 x 5 meters and is fully fenced for child safety. Adjacent to the pool is our unique driftwood bar, complete with a sink and fridge. The bar terrace area features comfortable lounge chairs, a large gas BBQ, a garden picnic table, and a Ping Pong table, providing everything you need for outdoor enjoyment.

In the heart of the Pierre et Vacances residences, this apartment will offer you comfort, tranquility and charm for your holidays or short stays. Green and idyllic setting with pool view. This one is open and heated from mid-June to mid-September, every day from 10am to 7pm. Very close to beaches (15 min walk) and shops and restaurants and 2 min walk to the golf clubhouse. Your small dog is accepted (subject to conditions. Please inquire) The parking is privatized. Don't hesitate!

Pleasant cabin studio for 4 people located in Pierre et Vacance residence of Moliets-et-Maa. Located on the first floor, its South / South-West exposure will allow you to enjoy a 13m2 terrace. The complex, in an exceptional green setting, is nestled around the international golf course, and bordered by the ocean. Everything is designed for a great stay with the family! Please note! Rental is only by the week during the months of July and August (check-out/check-in on Saturday).
